Without a doubt, Tokyo Express
I want Tokyo Express! We don't get any of the good restaurants here...(pouts)...though I will second the Subway vote. Get them to put the bourbon sauce on the chicken teriyaki sandwich sometime; it's really good!

Since their motto is "Good Food Fast" I gotta go with Waffle House! Of course it's about the only place open when I finish at a club!

Sonic, they have great onion rings.
I'm not sure where all Publix are, but their deli is great, not sure if it counts for fast food though.

Sonic has some really good cheeseburgers in Temple. I also like their Route 44 ocean waters...I had one of those today as a matter of fact.

Has anyone ever heard of Krystals Burgers? They are little tiny hamburgers with mustard and a pickel...I used to eat them all the time when I lived in Virginia but haven't seen one since.

I prefer to do my own cooking, from scratch, rather than wonder what my family is eating in addition to what they ordered.

That is weird the "parmesean oregano" bread is called hearty italian down here....I liked it no matter what its called though...

Best fast food restaraunt I ever had the pleasure of eating at was at a food court in the Arrowhead Mall, Phoenix, Arizona...a little place called the Cajun Grill...They had an exquisite little dish called bourbon chicken and it was divine! (I HATE AZ, but I'd be willing to go back for a visit just to go back there!)
