I'd make a roast beef, with mashed taters and green beens and pea pods.
A nice Australian Burgundy.
For desert, a plate of fruit.

Sure, even though he's a better cook than I am...but I'd try to at least make it a little different. So...pohana pishka, ajmpren, and potica for dessert.
(OK, so it' fried chicken, mashed potatoes and greens and a sweet bread....but it's a Slovenian take on them)
