Grief comes to restore our bodies, hearts and minds. It’s really one
of a kind in what it can accomplish. But, oh how we wish there was
another way. And we wait for the day we remember we are whole
and know all is well with the world again.

Diary of a Lonely Soul
Where does the lonely soul go when nothing makes it feel healed and complete
Why does it always seek the unattainable and shrink from the things that could hold it
When will it be forever at rest and peace, no more to wander and look for a safe haven
Why does it never seem to feel total contentment and easiness of spirit
Who can make it whole, complete and without suffering
The answer lies within yourself..deeply buried, safely tucked away from prying eyes
Away from probing questions that cannot be answered, even by yourself
The untruths that hold some prisoners, but free others from realities of life
For to bury the answers, is to give them no precedence in your mind
Leave them there to torment you, for with the pain comes a comfort
Knowing that with the sorrow, comes the familiarity of being with ones self
And with ones self, there are no reasons to offer explainations to curious minds
Release the pain, sorrow and lonely emptiness deep from within
Accept the things offered for the healing of the heart, mind and soul
Believe for sanity sake that there is a light at the end of the tunnel
Crawl, walk, run--to the journeys end--for to do so is to release the lonely soul from lifes hellish grip
To see your soul from the outside--that is the true beginning of healing
With healing, comes true fullfillment, peace and rest
And once there, twill be your turn to lead another to the same
Love for today, live for tomorrow, laugh for all time
Hold it deep within you, this new understanding of self
Never let it slip away without knowing why
And finally the lonely soul will be at total peace

A Guiding Star

once a heart was hurt so badly blue and bruised
it made a heart and soul for once
she thought would forever closed
chatered dreams, heart bleed, it hurts so much
one day a guiding star open a dormant soul
that aches for love forever more
buried the past and face the present
alas! a guiding star shines upon her
bad memoir, she must put behind, she did
accepting the positive thoughts, only for Honesty
this heart was once so lonely, couldn't put the broken pieces back together
deep inside her crimson heart
has captivated a brilliance once more
one night she saw a bright shining star
that guided her so close yet so far
raging beauty has magical words
enchanting, mesmerising, it fills her heart
the sound echo, has a burning desire
so strong, so real she feel new emotions
temptations sorounds, confines comittment to one
her being radiates to her very soul so deep
in disbelief, sensitive actions only redemption
she stare every day and night, without hesitation she act a preservation in progression
the guiding star she wish she could fly in the sky!
to love, be loved, kiss, to caress,
and taste it like heaven above
all the angels watching her pretty eyes that cries!
yearning a heart and soul true love
she act like a fool but destined
to love, to hope to wish her guiding star
to touch and enter into her very deep soul
words and sound comtemplate time and days
blissful epiphany revelation has change a life
acknowledge a hearfelt sharing, thanks to you
guiding star! you are a beauty
her heart aglow on fire adore you
with her desire.

Waiting...
I have watched and waited
for my knight to come riding over the hill
of my desires....
watching....
waiting...
to see him
dressed in white
upon a horse....big and strong
as his shoulders
where I will lay my head
as he carries me away
to the promised land
of dreams come true
and joy eternal....
watching.....
waiting
peering from the window
of my fortress
my rock
my stong tower
with my heart in God's hands
left there for safe keeping
I peek expectantly
over my Father's shoulder
every now and then
settling back into the warmth of His lap
I watch....
I wait....
trusting that my expectation
will arrive
beautiful.....resplendent
covered in the dew
that falls from heaven
being all that I hoped for
better than I dreamed
loving me
the way I want to be loved
freely
unconditionally
adoring me
as if I were
the best thing since sliced bread....
you know
that when-a-man-loves-a-woman
how-Christ-loves-the-church kinda love
too high
too deep
for me to truly comprehend
but it sure sounds good to me....
so I watch
and I wait
sometimes feeling like Rapunzel
sometimes Sleeping Beauty....
waiting....
waiting.....
sometimes conscious
sometimes not
hope keeping the light shining
like a beacon in my eyes
beckoning my knight
should he lose his way
but for now
I lay content in the arms of my Savior
letting Him rock me
and love me
like no other lover can....
and I learn of love
of life
and giving....
and I wait....
clear eyed
with no misguided expectations
no desperate desires
no distorted views
binding me
marring my judgment
I am free
to say yes
to say no
according to the King's leading
in spite of my flesh
or my heart
only a God-appointed knight
will I receive
no matter how long the wait
I will wait....
I will wait for Him.....

Abduction

I fear for my life
inside an enemies dungeon
no windows, nor light, nor chair to sit on
I wish and pray miracle to help me free
to attend my daily care to my children
I now knowhere to see
this innocent bystander, weep
don't know where, don't know why
where am I going from this hell on fire
here I learn to know, only my strenght to deal with
the cruelty, I now suffer from the hands of my cowardless foe
why thou God hast forsaken me?
I moan I scream in darkness
guttless spine shivers,
tears flowing out of breath, out of control
revealing a ghastly filt
where the smell, I inhale almost suffocate myself
I stand strongly, feeling proud
courage and hope are my wisdom
this people sorounded me with redicule
guns and spit amunition they are nothing to compare
they are laden with hate I pray they die in hell
I am human, my life have to spare
they do what the high bastard will tell to shoot and kill
torture a captured person for their glory in hell
they don't know a life to foretell
they have no kinrid spirit to avail
what they know is to abduct an inocent person
for money is their redemption
attention outside a comotion I hear, I follow
anguish, pumping my heart, I can feel, I can hear
rescuer is coming, turning my guts inside out
happiness within my reach
the dungeon and I no longer, I am free!!
I thank God and the people who save my life
free me at last, from the cruelty of that abduction
the dungeon is now my past.
