Missed the race...  Put together a dish garden for the island in the kitchen - complete with fountain, fern and ivy and river rocks. That was my reward to myself for cutting down the weeds in the alley on Saturday, 150 feet worth, and resealing the granite on the island countertop. Put up string lights on the patio, went for a swim and made iced mocha lattes for the fambly. Cut some big mats off my 20 pound cat Fuzzy Bro - he's now got a smooth back (trust me, it wasn't easy - 20 pounds of squirming cat can be a challenge if you don't want to cut him in the process).

Woke up in the arms of my Love  ... got up and then after a shower... went to breakfast and a walk along the river and downtown. I had my final court date up North so I sat in the courtroom and then faced the judge with my compliance paperwork... NO MORE COURT DATES, I'M FREE!!!!!! Drove around for a while, got some enormous ice cream cones in Conway and sat in the van in the sunshine while we enjoyed them. Off to my father's house to see the new colt (he's only a month old, awwww) and visit with him and his wife, introduced them to my man Then two VERY tired people travelled back home to get some much needed sleep

took my Mom to the Dr, got her scripts filled and refilled, did a little shopping and then just relaxed and read for a while

Worked... went to Pt. Defiance park with my Love and walked around the woods and the rose gardens for a few hours, went and got pizza and a movie and cuddled all night

Worked in the garden, sprucing things up a bit... went to a Food & Music festival with my Love, then off to a little room with A/C, out to dinner then back to the room All in all... a truly wonderful day
