I told an acquaintance that I was doing well when they asked how I was. Other than that, I can't remember!
I told my daughter that there really is a Father Christmas. Luckily she still believes me!
China.....this brought a chuckle to me......years ago when my son was going through that lying stage as all kids do, I was explaining to him that one shouldn't lie. When I was done, he looked at me and said, "But, Mom, you lied to me before." I said that I'd never lied to him and he replied, "Yes, you did. You lied to me about Santa Claus."

Ah yes, and my daughter actually asked me yesterday evening if it had been ME pretending to be Father Christamas, because she didn't think he (I) sounded like Father Christmas. I had to tell her again that it really was Father Christmas! I think perhaps that by next year she will have discovered the truth...

China...then you have time to present her with a nice portfolio of the real Father Christmas....
I told my daughter on the phone today I was not lonely and don't worry about me, I am fine. We shared Christmas over the phone, she lives in Washington state. I did feel lonely at times on Christmas.

Sorry you felt so lonely hon, I remember some lonely Christmas', it seems to be a time where you can either be very happy or very sad. Chin up!

I told my daughter this morning that I was measuring her height just so I could buy the right sized cage to lock her up!
