I was going to say a swan at first because of her grace, elegance and her loyalty and devotion to those whom she loves and cherishes...
But in reflection, perhaps, she is more like a thoroughbred....beautiful...strong...brave...high-spirited...
either one, actually.

An Osprey.. strength of character and sharpness of the eye while he glides over and scans all that the world has to offer under the veil of speed. Often not seen but his presence is known.

Because of her love of them, it would almost be impossible not to describe this rare woman as a horse...but which kind?
My choice: An American Cream Draft Horse...Why?? They're simply gorgeous, yet strong, able to do lots of farm work (perfect for her acreage in Pa.!); they have a beauftiful temperament...and they are extremely rare...only 200 exist in North America....

difficult not to imagine this one not from the cat family....hmmm...
Probably...a leopard...pretty...independent...very sharp of mind...and when she walks into a room (or a savannah), she owns it.
