This is a twist on a couple threads already going... the "getting to know singles" and "Have you ever" threads.
Have you seen a question asked that you wished you had the chance to answer or would have liked to see how someone else would have answered it?
The premise of this thread is, it will be a daily question and we all get to answer the same question whereas we will learn something about each other on a daily basis.
Whoever the first person is to post after midnight when the actual date changes on the timestamp gets to change the question... you may either answer the current question and then post a new question or simply post the new question of the day. In the subject line change it to the new day.. for example: Mondays question of the day, Tuesdays question of the day, etc etc... you also may continue to answer whatever question is there after midnite if you wish and let someone else after you change the question.

Nope, but I'd love to find out I was wrong (as long as he fell in love too of course!). For me, it's not a thunderbolt, it's gradual. Lust at first sight maybe, love's a lot more precious, and I think fragile at first...easy to crush the bud, tougher to nurture it until it's strong enough to withstand storms.

I think it can happen too...even tho I have reservations about it...I'm not one to throw caution to the wind but ya never know there is a first time for everything!

ut-oh I see a problem here already...once this goes past a page people are going to have to go back and look for the question  , we would have to copy and paste the question in our post each time we reply, there is the subject line but some questions may not fit there....
suggestions anyone??

maybe this will work, if you copy and paste the above in your post when you answer so others won't have to scroll back and search for the question?

To a degree....I believe the absolutely strong feeling of love can be there, but it can't be real "love" until you talk to and get to know the person..

good point, the date doesn't appear until 24 hrs goes by from what I can tell looking at other posts..we'll just have to wing it I guess !

No, I think what most people think of as love at first sight is just an allergic reaction. I think love is a decision -- I guess some people make snap decisions -- and this is one that a lot of people change their minds on.
Lust at first sight? Definitely!

Please let me tell you a story of why I believe it.
When I was in the eighth grade our student council had to spend the day visiting a neighboring school.I fell in love with a gal,never even spoke to her,just passed her on the stair.Three years later I transferred to that school.I hadnt seen her again since the eighth grade but recognized her immediatly.We were hand and glove for the next four years until she met another fella while attending college.
Ive had my share of girlfriends and I was married for 7 years since then but that was the one love that we all have...that got away.

I do but it seems to not always last long.
I once experienced a 5-minute-or-so eye-contact with this gal I met in a mall. We smiled at each other and left without any one of us talking to the other. I lived every day knowing that every morsel of my being was being norished by a lady that will do anything she can to make me happy. A week later, I bumped into her again in the same mall and couldn't control my feelings anymore. I let known my feelings to her and she said, she'd been living and looking forward to craving for my attention from the very first day we saw each other.
Unfortunately, I had to waltz out of this, a month later, cos we were not made for each other.
