Marinate them in some rice cooking wine for about half an hour, then bake in the oven on 350 for 45 minutes. Or throw them on the grill.

visit cooks.com for and do a search on ribs. You will find lots of recipes to chose from but one thing you will find in most of them is they should be boiled for a couple of hours before baking or BBQing them.

we always buy country style pork ribs. If I don't cook them in the crock pot, I season them with garlic powder and salt and pepper, put them in a baking dish, add my fav barbque sauce, mix a little brown sugar or grape jelly in it depending on my mood. I add onion slices on top of that and bake it for about 1 1/2 ~ 2 hours around 350-375 covered with foil.. 'bout the last ten minutes I take off the foil.

When I go to the grocery store, the pork ribs say on the package "country style".. but I found this link... and from what I get out of it... they are pork ribs cooked with bar b que sauce. Also, my mom cooked "country style" pork ribs, just grew up with them being called that.

Y'all...boneless country style ribs!!! My favorite pork! Try this...a dry rub...
2 parts dark brown sugar 1 part garlic powder 1 part paprika 1 part black pepper
I make this in a Country Crock tub and use it A LOT! on a bunch of meats.. this rub works great on fish...catfish, talaipia...shrimp...scallops...a rib eye... throw it on the grill and the sugar makes it all crusty... for some reason though, chicken is better when baked instead og grilled......and to top it off...awesome sauce I made up...melt butter and brown sugar in a sauce pan to make a fairly thick paste...add a tsp or two...NO MORE!!! Jack Daniel Whiskey... as Emeril says.."oh yeah Babe...kick it up a notch."

We don't call them Country Ribs in the UK
We just call it a rack of ribs, whatever the sauce
Hope that makes sense

Actually, country style ribs are more like thick pock chops rather than the traditional rack of ribs. Meaty with very little bone,

Let them simmer with beer and peppers until browned and then grill them, try using a glaze in place of a BBQ sauce, not all the time just once in a while.
