user, Jack would work and thinnk a London broil would be great. Have never tried it with a roast but it sounds good and might give it a try.

y'all ready to drool? tonight slow cooked pork tenderloin over oak wood smoke with home made white sauce, fried okra, Ford Hook Lima beans, corn on the cob, bread and butter and about a half gallon of cold milk! I'm like a little baby now. my belly is full, my pants are dry....I'm ready for bed....nite...
