Posts: 1,865 2c self-rising flour
1/4c plus 2 tbsp mayonnaise
1c buttermilk
veg cooking spray

combine first 3 ingredients, stirring just until moistened. spoon batter into muffin pans coated with cooking spray.

bake @ 375° for 12-15 minutes or until lightly browned.

Posts: 1,401 Those sound quite interesting...I've never made rolls or bread that had mayonaise in the recipe...Does sound like it would add a nice flavor though.
