Has anyone tried Teppanyaki?

I haven't as yet, but we're all going to a Teppanyaki Bar this weekend.

Like Benihana, where you all sit around the cooking area and he puts on a show?

Yes, many many times. It's just like Japanese cooking like the link showed above! My children love it! Great fun for the kids and where I go, they have an inexpensive kid menu. ENJOY!

There's one not too far from me . . . excellent food & the chefs are very entertaining. I love going there, tho it is kind of expensive (good for special occasions).

Pricing not bad here if you choose wisely. Chicken and steak dinners under fifteen. Dinners can go all the way up to thirty or so if you get lobster etc. Kids menu ten dollars.

Well, I didn't eat anything from the Teppanyaki bar...there was too much of a queue and the show wasn't that spectacular. They did have some good food on there though.

There was a food counter filled with fresh fish and meats. You chose, they cooked.

To be honest, I wasn't too impressed with the rest of the Japanese food in the restaurant and it reminded my why I didn't like it much the last time.

But, the offerings on the Teppanyaki did look good.
