Tough question...
I've had cow's tongue, alligator, deer, I'll eat anything you put in front of me at the sushi bar. I bet the wierdest would have to be something from a dim sum dinner; I don't know exactly what, and I don't want to. I would not eat the chicken feet there, too recognizable.

My friend Kevin has been expatting in Thailand for a few years and he sent me this last night
"Her mom is cooking for 2 days to get ready for me to arrive. Her mom will make my favorite, deep fried pork ribs with Garlic and black peppercorn. Her mom will make her favorite, Ant egg salad. They go into the woods and find an ant farm, then steal the white colored eggs and make a salad with it. I have eaten it, and well, it is not my favorite. Very sour but it is the larvae of ants."

I think the ingredients in hot dogs, bologna and chicken McNuggets are horrifying but they are accepted by the public - if you tell someone you like tongue tacos and they look at you like you're insane.
I've snacked on
Fish eyeballs - a delicacy in south east Asia. I had my first fish eyeball in a Cambodian joint in Brooklyn.
Tongue is just wonderful. I've had it in several dishes but taco de lengua - tongue tacos are my favorite. If a Mexican restaurant doesn't have tongue taco's it ain't Mexican.
Bheja Masala (Brain Curry) My Indian friends back in Jersey turned me on to this dish from Pakistan. We used to go to some hole in the wall Paki joint in Edison just for the Brains Masala - yup it was that good.
Bong (Baray Pai) a Pakistani delicacy Cow's feet (hooves) - My friend Muhammad, Gunashakeran and Mohan would get some lunch at Shanawaz Palace in Edison. Even though it was a buffet Muhammad would only eat one thing - a big plate of Pai (Piya)
Haggis - ingredients: sheep's pluck (heart, liver, windpipe and lungs), minced with onion, oatmeal, suet, spices, and salt, mixed with stock and traditionally boiled in the animal's stomach for several hours. I had this 3 or 4 times in Scotland - yeah I was drunk.
I spent 2 months in Thailand and Laos a few years ago and the food was just amazing - here's a little of what I had
Thai fish salad covered with ants (alive)
baby deep fried frogs (for breakfast in Thailand)
blood clams
deep fried chicken feet
deep fried meal worms
deep fried Locusts

Cow tongue, like corned beef but tougher.
Alligator, between chicken and fish.
Deer, like beef but a little "gamier". Tastes a little like BO!

This reminds me of the time my mother very non-chalantly served us rabbit. Being the smartie pants (and family smart-a$$) I very loudly announced that those "parts" couldn't possibly be put together to make a chicken...those weren't drumsticks, those were PAWS! Bwaaahhhaaaa
(I snuck into the kitchen (after being sent away from the table) and sure enough -- right there in the trash was the wrapper for Pel-Freeze Rabbit.
I've had buffalo, moose, caribou, deer, dove, white eared cobb, warthog, several other gazelle, alligator, snails (yum), tongue (creepy and too strong), wild guinia hen, bear (yuck!), squinguille and calamari (squeek-squeek)...and eaten a whole lot of crow.

Wild game cook out at the local coon hunters club back in Michigan. The only way I would have tried the coon or muskerat.
I do like most of these meats though.
Lol, Sunbabe,,the fur does feel good huh??

I haven't done this but a Cambodian friend of mine used to suck semi developed ducks out of an egg shell then spit out the feathers. He said that he wouldn't have it any other way, and that this is common amongst Cambodians.

I read about that in an article discussing the Bird Flu. I figured one way to prevent catching it would be that I won't suck duck!
