Ah... Jubilee... Donny's just a bad boy with a wicked sense of humor
I'll try to remember to bring my chinese chicken salad recipe tomorrow
Salmon rolls are always a hit
Mix smoked salmon, cream cheese, small can of drained, minced peppers and either chopped green onions or cilantro or both.
Spread over slightly warm flour tortilla and roll like a jelly roll. Cut into 1 inch bite size pieces and watch em disappear!!!!!!!!

Watergate salad is one of my summer outdoor favorite - easy, crowd pleaser, refreshing and pleasant to the eye

1 can (20 oz.) DOLE Crushed Pineapple, in juice, undrained
1 cup JET-PUFFED Miniature Marshmallows
1/2 cup chopped PLANTERS Pecans
1-1/2 cups (1/2 of 8-oz. tub) thawed COOL WHIP Whipped Topping
MIX dry pudding mix, pineapple, marshmallows and pecans in large bowl until well blended.
ADD whipped topping; stir gently until well blended. Cover.
REFRIGERATE 1 hour or until ready to serve.

Crab is also a real crowd pleaser! Melted butter with chopped garlic and lemon...
Steam the crab in a little water, white wine, garlic and thyme
Chill, bring to the beach and everyone gets messy eating with thier fingers. mmmmmmm

Tahoma, I forgot to ask this in my other post. Regular size can of salmon? 8oz. cream cheese? You say small can peppers, hot peppers and size of can? Must the rolls be served warm or can they be made ahead?
Thanks, darlin'..

Smoked salmon... 4oz... cream cheese 8oz... diced jalapenos 4oz can... the little ones
This recipe can be altered to the tastes of the chef. My family loves spicy hot food so I endulge them.. (being Basque, Spanish & Italian)
The tortillas should be a little warm to facillitate the even spread of the cream cheese mixture. Best served cold with toothpicks. Greatest make ahead appetizer that I know and they never last long!!!!!!!!!!!
Upbeat... will have my recipe for chicken salad tomorrow...
Was sick Friday... Damn beef hamburger that was put in the bag instead of my chicken sandwich.... yukkkky... was sick for 2 days

well... there are 8-12 tortillas to a package.. double... triple it to your own specific needs
You can vary the ingredients to your own liking... say use dill instead of cilantro
The whole thing is to have fun with it, make it your own
Add some tabasco... perhaps pickles (yuk)
This recipe can be altered in SO many ways... All that is needed is your imagination, the palet of your guests and local cuisine... imagine cajun catfish rolls
