Who here likes a strip club with their SO?Like porn,many fell it can spice up their intimacy,but many feel it's an intrusion.Many women feel jealous if a third party is there for viewing and play pleasure.Opinions?

Was at a couple of "girly" parties with a cutie male stripper who started out in a gorilla suit  "Cute", but really silly, all in all 
I've never seen the Chippendales  ....YET 
And have been to a couple topless bars and strip clubs years ago WITH my SO/husband...for the novelty (I was really curious because how can one "dis" or be uncomfortable about something if they've NEVER BEEN TO ONE?  )
I also went HOME with the same man...and stayed married to him, mutually exclusively, for 32 1/2 years. But the sex was sure good the nights we "clubbed"   
Also have been to some topless "productions" at the old MGM grand. No big deal, except for the beauty of it.
...then again, I happen to see nothing "immoral" or threatening about another human body (except that I may get envious at the supple way those young bods can bend )
And JEALOUS??
Um...WHY?? What the heck for?
That's as stupid as getting jealous over someone who looks at my ass as we're walking down the street, or me getting jealous because some girl checks him out...like ~duh~ who am I WITH? By whose CHOICE? 
Then again, I've always felt extra secure in my relationships with men...drooling doth not infidelity maketh, by any means

Hell would freeze over before I'd get jealous over some filthy trashy ho from a strip joint. I just don't see any appeal to them. Ever seen one of them in the daylight? It ain't pretty.

about those ol' filthy ho's...many are mothers with little ones to house, clothes, feed and love. They do the best they can and the so called "wages of sin" are more than she/ they could earn in a week as a check out girl at the local market, from just one night...have some compassion for those in worse situations than you are; with a bit of compassion, those fast and furious value judgements tend to lessen; as the old Indian saying goes, try walking a mile in their moccasins and see how you experience things....%)

What a load of crap. I was a single mother who never received a dime of child support from my daughter's father and I would NEVER lower myself that way. There are some things that are more important than money. You don't need to be a stripper or a prostitute in order to put a roof over your head or feed your kids. There are plenty of respectable positions that will enable a woman to do that, as well as government assistance, etc.

Yet more nasty judgemental crap! And yes I've seen many of them in daylight, and all of them were pretty, thanks for asking.
I've been to many strip-clubs, pole-dancing clubs etc in AMsterdam. I used to take foreign clients there as part of the hospitality scene. They all loved it because most of them from countries where those types of clubs are illegal.
As for whether I would take my partner to one, the answer is no, probably not, unless she wanted me to.

I've done and i still do strip clubs till present day cuz of the nature of my work...tiring. some people do lots of things for evening relaxation. I go to nightclubs, go for massages, do strip clubs just to name a few( but not with my SO anymore cuz most of the strippers are so damn hot...jealousy yanno) just to take things off my mind, especially when I feel kinda blue.

I've seen many of them in the daylight as well.Many of them are very pretty.Then there are others I would pay to stay away from my table.I've dated a few of them in the past.Different strokes for different folks, but I really don't get the holier than thou attitudes either.Hmm,let's see, what makes more sense, a "moral" single mom who can only get a minimum wage job and some state aid.With that,her kids go to public school which will probably be in a lousy,low rent area of town.No money for after school sitters or day care which means she's either at the mercy of family and friends or her kids are latch key kids.A successful stripper or dancer who takes home 800 plus a night home.She can afford private school,tutors and private before and after school care.Yeah,I know,there are things more important than money, but money sure can level the odds of having at least the possibility of a better life. I don't know about other places but that's the reality of the town I live in.I was a single parent with custody of both of my girls,with no child support,aid or even best wishes from their mom and I sure wish I had at least the option of bringing home that kind of money.
Cold day in hell,huh.Better keep an eye on those afterlife weather reports,ya just never know.

Is the gift of your moral code the ability to stand and judge people, call them whatever nasty name comes to mind, and then talk about how they are 'lower' than you?
What is most fascinating is how often your vile names are directed towards working women. I use to teach in soc of gender classes how the most abusive guardians of gender roles are often women who patrol women's behavior and make sure that women know 'their place' in the world. I'm sure that you believe that some important social function is served by your wanting all of us to know that you see these skanks and ho' wherever you look, but the most powerful function served is that you help maintain the very double standards you fretted about in another thread.
You want women to be free of being thought of as sluts...then quit thinking of them as such. Quit propping up a discredited ideology that women should only be allowed to be in the social world in a non-sexual manner. As long as you think women are skanks and hos for being nekkid and working, then you will be a skank for sleeping with a dog on the first date. They are inextricably linked as both are about a society controlling a woman's sexuality, not her. A sexual morality system not under her control and input will always lump all of her sexuality together into the control arena...its what we do, how we think...we don't have moral codes generating judgments that split hairs.
And for the record, moral judgments of others ALWAYS rest in our fear of our place in the world, and our inability to control it. You cannot hold judgments of others without fearing at the same time how others are thinking of you, and your inability, in your head, to live up to standards out of your control. Judgment rests in fear ...of ourselves and the other. It rests in false comparisons in which 'we' get to choose what 'ideal' we're going to use to compare another against for a moment, that points away from ourselves and our shortcomings, while pointing towards the other and their shortcomings. It isn't ever an act of some moral strength...

Sorry, but everyone is judgmental...and, if the foo shi**, wear it. When I was 17 and caring for a premature newborn, yes, I had minimum wage jobs and yes, for two months, I was on financial aid.
I'd rather do that any day of the week than to cheapen myself by letting any scum who walked in off the streets ogle me and pay me to shake my T&A in their face. Selling yourself is disgusting. Paying for it is indicative of desperation and is also disgusting. You can call me judgmental all you want; I don't care. We all make judgment calls every single day of the week, so doesn't bother me any...I'm entitled to my opinion.

I went once with my ex. Only out of curiosity. At least around where I live they are closely run...the bouncers don't let clientele pull a bunch of crap. The girls were very pretty, but it was very disappointing to me that they all appeared to be about 18-20 years old. I thought that was horrible! Then I was told that these freshly scrubbed, cheerleader looking gals made more money in that job that many with great jobs-and there's no fooling around (that we can see) And that's why they did it, not cause they were dirty or skanky. Heck, one can be that in any profession.
Now, I'm sure the cleanliness and professionalism changes geographically-but, no, it didn't turn me on.

Like I mentioned earlier, my brother works in a strip club. Now, the clubs here do not allow alchohol and are watched over very carefully by the bouncers. My brother watches over the girls to make sure they are not being harrassed. He is friends with many of the gilrs and they are just regular, nice, pretty women. Some have kids, some are working thier way through college. Whatever the reason they can make up to $500.00 per day. They are not employees of the club and must pay for stage time. They also share their tips with the DJ and bouncer for taking care of them.
A womens body is a beautiful thing and nothing to be ashamed about. I give kudos to those girls that have the balls to get up there and dance. Something I could never do, but I'm just shy that way. It certainly by NO means makes them skanks or ho's. That's just a mean spirited comment.

Here's an interest study in the relationship between prohibiting a behavior and it's effectiveness thereof.In my town they outlawed topless and nude dancing where alcohol was served.Talk about integrating religion and politics,the city council meeting that adressed the issue had an invocation specifically mentioning the issue.Most clubs retained their liquor license and became bikini clubs.Three clubs went totally nude (whereas before they were only topless) and dropped their alcohol license.The nude clubs are very closely watched by local vice and their measures for keeping away any illegal stuff are very well done.The bikini clubs on the other hand,especially in the seedier areas of town have become hotbeds for prostitution and drugs.The moral majority types succeeding in raising the number of "crimes" they were trying to stop.

It's been done for centuries and will continue for centuries. What about belly dancers and the erotic dancing they do? I've seen men salivating over them and probably have a good jerk about it later as well.
Men are going to salivate and have a good jerk no matter what the fodder. Some sickos sit outside the playground and have a jerk right in the car.
Strip joints allow a safe, supervised arena for an activity that has and will be around for the ages. JMHO
The bikini clubs on the other hand,especially in the seedier areas of town have become hotbeds for prostitution and drugs.The moral majority types succeeding in raising the number of "crimes" they were trying to stop.
