I had a relationship once, not too long-lived, with this real lemon...let me tell ya.
I squished it...turned it into lemonade, but forgot to add the sugar.
Had to pour it down the drain.
The relationship with that lemon was quite short....and extremely sour!

Short term relationships, for me, never went sour. They just didn't go anywhere, but we remained friends.
