The general consensus among most folks is that men are more stimulated by visuals than women.Men's magazines are full of pictures of nude women,spread eagled open wet vagina for the camera.Women generally pride themselves on being more "refined"preferring erotic literature to pictures.Personally I think niether is superior,they're just the differences in how the genders view sexuality and differences are what make us interesting.
I know this is a generalization,and I also know there are women who are visually stimulated,buut still I find very few that have the same degree of visual stimulation.Women,if they want to be viusally stimulated,like to see their men(or male fantasy figures) in tight jeans and no shirt, or if nude,posed in ways where something is left to the imagination.Men on the other hand,Prefer nothing left to the imagination,they want it out in the open for their viewing pleasure.
I'm wondering if there are women out there reading this that will tell me that they are the exception.They want to SEE erect penises,full penetration in their porn (this is obviously for women who have said that they enjoy porn,those that find it offensive can skip this thread),and anything else fully visual.Any women out there want to give me the straight dope here?Can women be just as visual and enjoy the graphic view as much as men?

Gernally speaking, men are more visual than women, stimulated far more by the viuusal aspect of nakedness (titties, ass, legs, cats etc), but I have met a couple of women that were more visual than I am.. ah damn, I just dropped ash and burnt my shirt.

Hmmm.. Guess it depends on my mood but I say I'd perfer pictures! Literature is to much reading and involves alot of effort lol. I do like some things left to the imagination sometimes!

I do like some things left to the imagination sometimes!
I think with men it's the same type of attraction to many other aspects of life.Men,generally speaking are the technicians when it comes to sex.At least with me anyway.I'm not so much about the esoteric,spiritual stuff,just give me lewd,raw action.We look at our hobbies and the rest of our loves iin life the same way.If a man is into fishing,he will lust over catalogues with pictures of fishing gear,complete with closeups of the rods and reels in action.If he's into golf,he will drool over golf club sets.We need to objectify everything,so don't feel too badly about being objectified and dissected.We do that with everything.

Yes, but I think that just like men every woman's definition of what is visually pleasing is different.
Of course,I know I'm generalizing here.I usally put a disclaimer on posts that I generalize.I know people's tastes vary from individual to individual,but generally speaking,the two genders differ in their view of sex and ways of thinking.Men and women are made differently and millions of years of evolution and social engineering gave us these differences.Differences are not a bad thing,they make us interesting and if more couples embraced and respected those differences,I believe it would make for better relationships.

 The perception that women are less visual is pretty much that, fallacy. I've found women as discerning as men when it comes to what physically turns them on; they're just more subtle about showing it.
