Here are the proper steps
1. If she is wearing a belt, unfasten it.
2. Unfasten the button or snap at the waistband
3. Unzip the zipper, if she has one.
4. Hook your thumbs into the waistband on both sides and gently push down until the pants slide over her hips.
5. Starting with the leg closest to you, grip the lower part of the pants leg and pull it over her foot, then keep pulling until that leg is all the way out of the pants.
6. Repeat step 5 with the other leg.
When you have successfully completed all six steps, you should have the now empty pair of pants in your hands. You can now proceed to get in them.
