It is my experience that the younger ladies definitely test their men.
Well, from reading quite a few profiles from men my age or older I have found that many men age 40 and up are looking for women "age: 18-40". If they want to date a 20 year old girl, they deserve what they get. Of course younger women tend to play more games! They're still testing their powers of sexual attraction.

Do you really grow out of the fun and games that go along with dating as you get older? If so, I really don't want to get older, at all. Games are not a bad thing, if played right. They are fun, and can be quite stimulating.

You are right, good, ladies DON'T play those games. A true lady will put herself in the other person's place and see how it would feel if that was done to her.
I don't play those games, and honestly, I don't know many women who do. Where did you find these women, crawling out from under rocks?

You find much more fun things to do and experience as you get older that replace the games you played.Much like when you were 4 and cartoons and Barney or whatever was your world,gave way to more mature entertainment.Same with relationships,as you mature and you've had games played on you and you learned how it felt,you find that open,honest relationships where things are shared between compatible people can become far more fun,meaningful and make the "fun" you might have experienced with games pale in comparison.
As I approach 50,I have alot more fun now than I ever did in my 20's.

hmmmm...well when i find a man that is truly a gentlemen then I guess there will be no need for games...but honestly...how many young men (20-25) do you know that is truly a gentleman...i agree as you get older the games will generally fade off...half my friends are guys and just hearing them talk i doubt they'd really be good for anything but to play games with...so i guess if your wanting games date younger ones (peewee), you want something serious move up to the varsity league! 
and as far as games, if they want to play shouldn't you show them what they are in for
