Ok, so we had the "guy picking up feminine products" thread, so I though I would start my own regarding women purchasing guy stuff.
Did you ever buy your guy condoms, because he was too embarrased?

there was a time that women did get embarassed about that....  . Then again maybe I should not have started smirking as I was the cashier at the time....God I had fun at Caldor's.
"Price check! Condoms, register 8 (the whole store looks)....and she WAS buying the 36 count..."

You know...I actually believed it was....being 1988 and all...
I want to know "where did a guy that I went through basic training with's mother, get a 500 pack box of condoms from?"
in the words of the TI that found them on the initial shake down;

And it was the perfect place to go shopping "anonymously" (compared to the little local pharmacy) because the cashier turnover was so rapid. 
I'll tell you the truth, I've studied the condom section and would STILL prefer a man to buy his own. How in the world is a woman to know what a guy likes? Don't guys have preferences as to styles and brands, etc?
(I do have one of those glow-in-the-dark ones that I've been looking for a volunteer to try, though  )

Man, I hate rubbers! When I was a teen, the ONLY way to buy them was over the pharmacy counter from the druggist. Talk about embarassing, expect teen boys to answer a bunch of questions from a 60 something druggist about WHY you want to buy rubbers, and then get ther required lecture on how to use them. And of course the druggist knew your parents AND your girlfriend's parents....
