First: Get some rubbers. Not only for birth control, but so everybody feels safe health wise. Bareback is more fun, but starting out, making the other person feel comfortable is a big par of acheivin success.
Second: Got to remember what they told you bout sellin magazines in high school, don't get discouraged. If someone slams a door in your face and you give up right away, you ain't got sell any magazines. Same with gettin laid. Don't let a refusal throw you, just say "piss on em, then" and keep knockin on doors. You keep at it, and you're sales will be through the roof.
Third: Is practice practice pracitce. No, I ain't talkin bout the actual sex act (aalthough it's amazin how hard it is to get the alignement right the first coupla times) no, I'm talkin bout the conversation an stuff leadin up. When you're a rookie, your going to be nervous. You'll think everything you say is stupid. Same as #2, the way through it is dog-ass determination. It will come with time. If you ain't got the gnads to see the project through, don't start in the first place.
4th: Get in the market. Go to where the people are. Don't sit round home wishing you were gettin laid. Get out a the house and mix with the people. Can't catch a fise less you got a pole in the water.

Sweetheart, don't feel like a dork. Everyone has been in your shoes. Some of us more than once. At my age, starting over is difficult too.
Although the above post is somewhat rough, there are good points there. Also, go to the library, or do an on line search. A willingness to learn is the greatest asset!!!

I guess i shouldn't mention the fact one of my best friends is a girl and she offered to help me heh.I remember i was at her house and she was like do you want me to teach you .I said ya and she said well you could start by taking off some cloths heh i wussed out i should have done it.

Hey, if you're not comfortable with taking it off with your best friend, then maybe you just aren't ready??? Food for thought. I don't know about anyone else, but my best friends know everything about me. And they are the ones that I am most comfortable with. And maybe, it was a not so subtle way for your friends tell you she was interested in being more than just a friend???

Mike, if you don't mind me asking - how old are you? Maturity is important. I agree with you, a girl (friend or not) who said "start by taking your clothes off" is probably going to frighten the crap out of you. And that approach isn't very natural.
Start by holding hands, kissing, making out (LOL! do they still call it that?  ) and getting comfortable with the person with your clothes ON first. You can't just strip naked and insert tab A into slot B (well, you can, but I guarantee it won't be as satisfying). Get very comfortable with the woman you want to have sex with, and everthing will come naturally. And don't rush it - being a virgin is nothing to be embarassed about. I agree with Jaybird - carry some condoms in your pocket, just in case it happens. Good luck!

Everyone (I think  ) is nervous the first time because you don't really know what to expect. But you will know when the time is right 
PS: Don't carry condoms in your pocket or wallet...your body heat breaks down the latex and makes them useless! Put them in your car's glove box or something!

your first time should be more than just sex you are going to remember it always.. as for the girl you end up with take your time think of her and how to please her make her happy and trust she will do the same for you..Take your time
