Okay I just dont get what YOU having taken a class on sociology has to do with the inane statement above except its truly showing you probably should have studied a bit more for your class
What is has to do with it is that is the crap they try to stuff down your throat and tell you what great thing it is. Lies and half truths. Go take one and if you are logical and clear minded you won't believe the garbage that is adhered to. More study? Please you must be crazy. Study what more lies? I take it you think that is great stuff. Pure 100% propaganda. BTW I got an A so more study is not necessary, maybe for you.

I already KNOW what type of closeminded person you are ... so to further this inane conversation of YOU telling ME what I should BELIEVE is ludicrous to say the least... I never said I thought it was great stuff either ..I was just stating that your braggin about your course you took, which OF COURSE made you and EXPERT  , and then grouping ALL feminist ideals as propaganda is IGNORANT ... oh and ANYONE can get an A IF you are a robot and do not question ideas or ideals and just take the class in a rote manner

Hate to say it but sometimes this man has ok things to say. He pushes the envelope, can take the sh&& flung at him with a sense of humor...but some points he makes are valid. JMO

I just happened to look up a city in Illinois today-for a reason other than this-but the average income for a male was 38,000 per year, where a female's average was 19,000.
I will agree that some feminists go overboard, but there is a reason for their battle.
See above.
Now when it comes to being equal partners in dwelling and love, no "group" should have anything to do with it.

My comprehension was/is absolutely fine. All material was digested with logic and a logical conclusion was reached. You know nothing about me and apparently disregard the facts that don't suit your opinion. Facts dictate reality not your opinion. You know nothing of what kind of person I am and your incessant yelling merely shows that you are arrogant and rude. Go yell at yourself and quit yelling at others. Very very rude of you and absolutely unnecessary.

Ahh but I do know what kind of person you are I have read enough of your drivel throught the different forums to know that anyone who disagrees with your closeminded one track thinking is considered wrong and if they offer a concrete conclusion based on factual information you scream heresy and consider them Godless (did I get THAT part right??) .. oh and I was not yelling but capitlized for emphasis..

What you perceive as FACTS (emphasis again ,not yelling) are just ONE side of the whole situation...(the side YOU agree with) incomplete information cannot be in reality considered facts in ANY scenario... Like I said you are VERY closeminded .. very sad but you proabaly either feel very safe in your little world or live with constant paranoia... either way

Drivel is your forte not mine. I merely examine the facts of this issue, feminism and they are what they are. Facts are not my opinion but yours is the drivel of which you speak. So keep denying them all you like but they will not change to suit your view. The author of this thread was making an accurate assesment and those things are taught in schools through out this country with a disregard of the destructive nature of this movement. The small amount of good that was gleaned has been overshadowed by the damage caused. You say someone is closed minded or filled with drivel when they don't agree with you. Baloney. If you want to see someone that evades the facts for their opinion and spews drivel then go look in the mirror.

Where is it proven that this is being taught in schools across the country, as you refer to?
I grew up during the bra burning years-nobody ever told me it wasn't ok to be a good wife.
I raised kids the past 2 decades and was/have been a very involved parent. I didn't see that in school then, either.
This isn't Stepford-a man has to be a good husband also.
Any woman that bows to a man is a mouse.
Any man that expects her to is sad.

At least in my city, women take auto mechanics and wood shop, but men also take home ec and learn to cook and sew.
It's teaching BOTH sexes to learn to stand on their own 2 feet.
