Do guys really move too fast, or do women just move too slow?

And WHY, to both questions.

The "WHY" really is: WHY do you even begin to think that is true? I've meet slow and fast of both gender. There are no absolutes. No race, belief, gender, age, orientation ar any other thing you can think up has absolutes. There are only endless combinations.

I think it depends on the individuals.I've heard some guys complain about women moving too fast.

There are too many variables for a one-way answer.
Some guys are fast-some are slow.
Some women are fast-some are slow.

Well there's two different things. There's slow in love-makin, like takin a long time an lettin the anticipartation build up. An there's slow in relationship building, where it takes along time to get to know somebody.

In the lovemaking, most guys is reall stoopid. To quote Hannibal Lecter "like some over eager freshman grabbing at a panty girdle" Fortunately, them types don't get much chance to precerate so it thins out the gene pool.

In relationships, its always more interesting to get to know somebody slower. Like Shrek said "in layers like a onion"

So I guess, my taste is slower fer both.

Course, I always thought I think more like a woman then a feller. I ain't queer, though.

Let's say you've been out on a date with a
woman, and you're now back at your place, having
an enjoyable conversation.

You look over at her.

She looks back at you.

You want to kiss her.

She KNOWS that you want to kiss her.

You know that she is the one with all the
power.

If you try to kiss her, and she pulls away, she
might reject you forever.

If you DON'T try to kiss her, maybe it will
happen later, or maybe she'll even kiss you...

The risk of being rejected FOREVER is so
powerful and creates such fear that you decide to
just "walk away" from the situation and hope
something happens later.

Or, let's say that you've been out with a woman
a few times, and you have just kissed her for the
first time.

You know that she's enjoying it.

She knows that you want her.

You'd REALLY like to do more, but you're afraid
that if you try, you'll be seen as "moving too
fast", or even worse... a "pushy pervert".

You hate the idea of being rejected after
you've invested all that time and come so far...

So you decide to stop and hope that maybe
things will "heat back up" later

The true key is the comfort level, you both have to be at the same place
( emotionally ) at the same time. If at any time, she feels you are moving faster than her, she will probably back off, knowing you are probably aiming to get in her pants.
I can count on one hand the amount of times a woman has moved faster than myself..so teaching yourself to read her well enough, to make sure she is ready will save you a lot of grief.

You are right it is usually true.........Every guy is aiming for it, you just have to train your hair trigger.............now that may sound crass, but I see no reason to date someone I am not originally sexually attracted to.
