Suppose you are lounging around your house one evening, and up pops the Devil!
Right away, you say "my soul's not for sale!" He says, "That's ok toot's I got plenty of souls, don't need yours, but I have a more interesting deal for ya"
I'll give you $100,000,000 in cash, tax free, right now, right here in a pile of $100 bills on your floor. All you have to do is give up sex for the rest of your life. You won't be able to have any kind of sex at all, not intercourse, not anal, not oral, not straight or gay, or even masturbation. Even the thought of sex will be repugnant to you.

I would attempt negotiations whereas I would never have anal sex (never would anyway) and take a small pay off of $10,000.00. That I would imagine is chump change for the Devil.
