To me it is like walking up to a lake or a pool, some walk up and stick their big toe in, and walk around the lake/pool waiting for something to tell them to get in, most just slowly walk in, afraid to get wet.....( ) . I guess I always just walk up and jump/dive in, you get used to the water much faster, and once you get wet, you just enjoy yourself. I like to spend my time in the water, not waiting for " something " or " someone " to make or talk me into getting in.......Not that it works, or should work every time, but those few times it has worked, have been the longest relationships I have been in. but then again, I rarely just date, if I find someone I am very interested in, 99% of the time the first date turned into a relationship. It sounds weird to write this down, but based on how we felt at the time, it just came natural.
