Ok so I have a question. If someone has a gun and you ask them to hold it to your head to kill you..who's responsibility is it to not complete the act? Is it theirs because they are the gun owner? Is it yours because you told them to do it. What about if this person has an STD or AIDS? Who's responsibility is it to NOT spread the disease? Would it stand up in a court of law to say "Well she told me to shoot her with the gun" "I spread the disease because she told me NOT wear a condom."
My friends and I have had this discussion and I would be interested in hearing back. I say it is the ULTIMATE responsibility of the person with the gun, disease, etc. The spreading ends there if they take reponsibility to say "No I will not, shoot you or I WILL wear a condom no matter how you feel."

Maybe you should watch more Judge Judy or something.....
The guy who shoots you will be charged with "whatever"... and you (being dead) will be charged for loitering and littering.

Legally, the guy with the gun/dick loaded with AIDS is responsible. However, if he is acting on your behalf against a third party, you are equally responsible. That's the "murder for hire" scenario, if you instruct someone to kill someone else, you are as responsible as if you did it yourself.
In the loaded dick scenario, unless you specificly told the dude to go infect a specific person by having sex with them, I don't think you have any responsibility.
If you instruct a person to kill you, it's either murder or assited suicide, depending on your state law. They can be charged, you'd be dead.

It is each of our responsibility to act accordingly. We have a trial going on here right now of a man that slept with several knowing full well he had AIDS.
Just like asking someone to put a gun to your head and pull the trigger, unprotected sex with a stranger is a stupid, stupid choice.
It's a little easier to know what you're asking when you can see the gun and a chamber of bullets.

I think if you bring this subject up in the heat of passion, it would serve to diminish that heat to the point that a condom would no longer be needed. The gun owner could go home with a clear conscience, knowing no crime had been committed. The object of his gun's desire could go home with a clean bill of health.
So it's really a moot point over who has responsibility for what. All one needs to do is to brooch the subject at the appropriate moment, and everyone is spared.
Interesting idea, Torees!!!
(I'm assuming from your OP that the gun owner actually KNOWS that his gun is loaded with something it's not supposed to be loaded with...... )

Sometimes you just believe the person because they are just coming out of a marriage and you feel secure that they have not been with anyone else.....when you find out differently,,,and they have in fact been with others,,,,you have a mild stoke get to the doctor and get tested right away..get angry with yourself for being so trusting,,,,then get pissed off that someone can show such low regard for you.
