 If it were so , Empath, sex service providers ( paid or otherwise ) would be the most loved and happily married women Though, in reality , they are the most despised ones - no matter how much great sex they provide. 
I strongly suggest not to apply what seems logical to you to the opposite gender's mind. It doesn't work this way , folks

The point is - male's primary need is sex , while female's primary need is love.
Therefore - a guy who figured out how to make a woman feel loved will be, quite naturally, getting all sex he needs in response .
Sounds like a manipulation.
??? If meeting each other's needs sounds like "manipulation" to you, I wonder what's your idea of 50/50 relationship?

I think you are wrong...these people are not talking about sex providers, they are talking about relationships. In a relationship, to me love is most important, but empath is right a woman won't feel truly loved unless she actually is

A woman who would be willing to be engaged in sex with someone who doesn't love her will be inevitably seen as "sex-service provider" ( most likely he wouldn't be using these exact words , but you can use your imagination here ) by her male partner - and would be treated accordingly. ( It might be different between two women , but this is different story altogether). So, empath , the answer to your question is "no" - sex does follow love , but not the other way around.
