This has been one of the most confusing issues for me  .
I wondered if they might be happy because it's been a while since they have had a good orgasm and they are displaying tears of joy.
Someone on this website please help me understand what is going on inside of these women.

I've heard of women crying and seen it happen on movies but wondered if it really happened. I'm curious why it happens as well, I've never cried after sex.

There are alot of reasons for this. Alot depends on their sexual history and if they were ever abused or raped, then again it could just be that it was that good.
I was with a gal awhile back and I was just using my hand, due to where we were and as I fingered her she started to tear up. I stopped and she just looked at me and said to continue, her stare was cold and the tear almost had me shaky. She said to keep going again so i did, after a few moment of that and working on her ears, her body arched.
I looked at her face as her body stiffened and she was crying out as well. Afterwards she just laid next to me crying. I was going neurotically nuts. I was not sure what was up, I wanted to be the protector though at that moment I could only be the helping hand. She explained later that she had been raped years earlier and not done anything like that with a guy in a long time.
Though it brought back some feelings, because she was comfortable with who she was and who she was with it made it good.
So in the end it all depends on the womens state of mind and sexual history.

happened to me once.
my (now ex) husband had just gotten back from afghan - and it had been such a whirlwind day.. picking him up at the hangar, seeing him for the first time in eight months.. and just being able to be with him and glad he was home - safe and sound and in my arms.. and i lost it. kind of freaked him out lol
but from what i heard later a lot of military wives have/had that reaction when their spouses came back from war

I've done this a few times and it was mostly because of the deep emotional connection I felt, not because of any "earth shattering" orgasm! It has to do with not only the joining of the physical, but the mind and spirit as well. So, I guess they can be considered tears of joy!

I never know if its the good sex, or the tight ropes, or the hot wax....but yes it happens alot to me. Im usually "stirred to tears" when having sex by that pesky mace stuff......ughhh.

This happens to me with some frequency with one of my friends. But it's during not after.... for me it's a matter of intensity, when the pleasure becomes almost too much to bear.

Sorry to bust egos guys..but it has to do with hormones. When I have a deep connection with someone, at certain times of the month, I cry after sex. It has nothing to do with the orgasm or the actual sex. It is the release of the hormones from an emotional experience.
