Hasn't anyone ever gone to bed mad, and woke up and realized the fight was about nothing, so you turn to her and let you know you're sorry about fighting in the first place, and what you have is much more important than whatever the fight was about ?
There are many times, when it is best to just let it go, and start over, instead of having to be right. And explaining your point further only adds fuel to the fire.
How would you rather start your day ? Pissed from the stupid argument the night before, or with a smile knowing you are looking forward to get home, instead of dreading walking in the door ?
The old adage, make love not war........ 
I guess it comes down to whether you want to hold a grudge, or hold him or her and share orgasms ??

"Just let it go" is good advise. Sometimes that is hard to do. But I do agree. I would rather just let it go, forgive and forget and be happy. I would rather look forward to the evening when he comes come than plot how to do something to his dinner 
Warning: I don't cook..sooooo, if you came home and I had cooked you dinner, would you wonder what you did?

I guess I am not into anger and pain to stimulate the sex drive. make up sex or sex after a fight or arguement always seems rather less sexy, passionate or hot than it was before the fight. Takes days to regenerate the good feelings we had before the fight. So, no rewards from fighting (even after we do make up) for me. It is the continuous good behavior that gets the rewards and generates the fantastic sex in my home.

Some of you must either have some really intense fights, or you're more interested in winning than getting along.
I hate when women use/withhold sex to win their argument or get their way. 
I can see being upset and not being in the mood for a while, but this............ we are bound together till death do us part, and I'm, gonna make your life hell until then is a bunch of shit. But, don't you dare look else where, I just don't want you to have sex at all...............YEAH< see where that'll get ya?

I guess it is better to not have sex and fighting, than to suffer through the fighting just to have sex.
But, given the choice I prefer no major fighting, and lots of sex.
I guess that's too much to ask, so yes, still single and not getting any.

My version is very different than the majority. Everyone seems to think that it is a bad thing. Or, it involves knock down drag out fights. It can be hot! Has nothing to do with being upset and going to bed angry or withholding sex.
To me, it can be just you have a disagreement. You play the game that I'm right you should say say sorry, and vise versa. If it's me...I spend the time, not heated angry, but thinking about the other person. The more riled up I get about the conversation, the more I think about them. When I'm discussing it later, I'm still riled up, but not angry. When it gets settled (and it always should be talked out), my blood is already racing. Hence....really great makeup sex! 
See, does not involve throwing items or getting crazy. Just a really honest and open relationship!

To me an argument or disagreement is between two people who do not have the same opinion, yet still care about each other. If they didn't have feelings for each other, the other person's opinon wouldn't matter
