Sex in the water equals vag infections.
Depends on the sex at the moment on whether it is a workout or not. Cardio yes. That does not really mean you are working out. I do get my heart rate up though.

My pool guy says different. He should know since he has lots of people complain. Chlorine has the same effect as antibiotics. This too leads to vag infections. Being a woman who has always enjoyed new experiences, I unfortunately have learned much of what he warned me of beforehand.
Funny thing though, he warned me off intimacies in the hot tub but then said the water in the hot tub kept chemically balanced was better than the water I get from my faucet for drinking. GROSS! I won't drink either.

Hot tubs are a whole nuther animal, Ravin. Considering how badly some are maintained I'd think twice even stepping into one, let alone having sex...lol.
