In case of sex as "activity performed for mutual satisfaction" - yes, it's definitely a healthy physical exercise . While one partner pleasing oneself at the other partner's expense - constitutes "sexual abuse" , there's hardly anything healthy about this kind of "activity".

I would not really consider it sexual abuse unless one was forced. Some women are appeasers. Some men as well.

How did this go from work-outs & sex to abuse?
Now I do kinda think that working out can be abusive to my body but that's not what I'm reading..
Lets get this back on track & think happy-sex-workout thoughts.

Seriously, some sex requires little to no workout. However, if it is good for at least one of them, they do get their heart rate up. Cardio...

I agree, sexual frustration IS a major abuse , both mental and physical.
I cannot imagine someone willingly participating in a sexual act ,knowing that he will be left with "blue balls" as a result. Guess the same applies to women, too. Sexual tension , which builds up in our bodies during sexual act , if left unrelieved , causes serious damage to the body , not to mention destruction of relationship.

Um, I think the whole "Blue balls" and the "have sex with me baby, because its painful and bad for my health if I don't" is a fallacy, manipulative and designed just to"get some".

Lack of sex and "sexual frustration" as a result, does not fit within the definition of "Abuse"

Some people never SPEAK tho. So, is someone abusing someone else if one partner never speaks up? Ok, maybe one is afraid to talk but if they are afraid and their NOW partner did not create that fear, the person with the problem is 'at fault' for not seeking help. No one will know that there is a problem til someone talks.
Hence there is no abuse unless you consider the fearful one abusing him/herself or the earlier abuse in a previous relationship. Just a sad situation.
Some people willingly participate in anything just to be ABLE to participate...and hope they will find satisfaction. Do not try telling me this is not true. I have been there and done that. I did it for years...searching for sexual satisfaction, til a female friend told me her story of sexual satisfaction accomplishment. 
When I discovered it was me and not the man... I searched for the right one to communicate with to GET to the sexual satisfaction. Mission accomplished!

True and false. Sex is a form of working out, however it is not like lifting weights.
It is a VERY enjoyable form of working out. Ya can't deny that sex takes muscles...sometimes some we don't even know we have and a great sex session can leave ya sore in areas you didn't even know you had for days. Well worth it though if the sex is  - :)
