First thing is the simplest, Fender. Just privately tell them you have feelings for them. If one doesn't receive a reply or gets a lukewarm response, they're not into you in the same way.

I think rejection hurt's men and women equally...
For myself I just throw myself on the guy and stick my tongue down his throat...It's been working great so far and don't fix what's not broken...Right?
