Since I'm bi I have a list of both men and women.
Women: Natalie Portman, Jessica Alba, Angelina Jolie, Ashley Judd (if she looked the way she did in the movie "Where The Heart Is"), Reese Witherspoon, Elisha Cuthbert, Kiera Knightley, Michelle Rodriguez, Milla Jovovich ( pronounced Yo-vo-vich). Those are the ones off the top of my head.
Men: Johnny Depp, Hayden Christensen, Ewan McGregor, Brendan Fraser, Clive Owen, Jude Law, Heath Ledger, Antonio Banderas, Eric Mabius, James Purefoy, Martin Crewes (last three from the movie Resident Evil), Mel Gibson, Adrian Paul (of Highlander fame), Orlando Bloom.
If Sean Connery, Harrison Ford (Indiana Jones or Star Wars look) and Mark Hamil (Mark would have to look like he did in Star Wars) were younger they'd be on my list too.

I think Liam Neeson should have been on my list too 
As for Hayden, I picked him just because of the way he can play Ani so well, and the fact that he's from Canada like I am doesn't hurt his chances either

Salma Hayak would be a good start, followed up with probably Scarlett Johanson. If she was still alive (and closer to my age of course... not still alive and the age she would be right now... I think you get my drift anyway) I'd probably want to have a whirl or two with Audrey Hepburn.
