Yes, I'm 24 and still a virgin. But for me it's not something that I have specifically choosen (although I admire those who do choose it) I just haven't met the person that I want to lose it to yet!! haha I don't think its that big a deal (to me anyways) and I'm not ashamed of being a virgin. To me, its the right person at the right time.

I am still a virgin, I am one of those rare guys who thinks waiting until marriage is the best thing to do. I think I love really deeply and I think that sex is the ultimate physical expression of love, and so I don't want to go to my wife saying that I don't have anything left to experience. Plus my religion says I can't, but anyway, I believe in waiting strongly.
I'm not sure whether I have to marry a virgin, but at least marry someone who kind of regrets doing that and who appreciates the fact that I've been waiting twenty-odd years to be with her, past wild university ethics and everything. And I got a lot of offers, I just don't think that way.
Does this make me strange?

That's what life is all about - making decisions for yourself - and doing what is right for you! Don't ever let anyone make you change your thoughts because of the way they think!
If waiting for sex works for you - then I hope you each find a partner who understands and supports your thoughts ... and you find the wait was worth it. Sex/making love is wonderful ... when you are ready for it!

My wife and I were both virgins when we got married. I was 23 and she was 18. Man all I can say is, it was not a good thing. We were not compatible at all. And at the end of the 18 year marriage it hadn't gotten any better. Wish I had known that about her before we got married..I would have looked elsewhere.

I dont regret waiting but If I known then what I know now- I wouldnt have married him! Turns out I love sex & everythign involved and want it all the time- him he doesnt care - NOT a good thing- 1 of the reasons im headed for a divorce

After listening and reading so many people talk about the long dry spells between sex for them, the 'almost a virgin again' crowd. I am working on a business plan for a small business. Kind of a service oriented business. I'm gonna call it "Fire in the Hole!"
I'm gonna get a good size van, decorate it up all sensitive and lovely inside, and use all the high quality fabrics to make the environment classy, not cheap and tawdry. No shag carpet that is orange and yellow.
Then I will put in a sound system and selection so that I can play all the 'pull-my-heartstrings' music that fits the particular situation. I mean, if its been awhile for folks, you want them to not just get the dust blown out of the crevasses, but you want to make sure you also touch their emotions, make them FEEEEEL the sex while yer doin em. Good sad music will create the emotional responses needed for them to bond to me, or my partner (heck yeah I'm gonna have a female partner! Think I'd let all that money from men just go wander off!) and so the sex will be meaningful, emotional, and consequently, good. We will have pricing power for awhile until copy-cats start popping up, so to speak, as people are willing to pay significantly for meaningful sex, as opposed to tawdry.
Once I work the kinks out of the model, I will franchise it, though I fear so many men without supervision trying to be sensitive and all.... ;-)
I am working on the T-shirts to begin marketing the idea next week...

I think subtlety is very important when one is trying to help people dust their.. ahem...instruments of pleasure...You don't want to call a lot of attention from the neighbors that the rocking van (I WILL adjust the suspension so that it can take a lot rocking and keep on hoppin...bones that is!) is some cheap, tawdry sex van. And we especially don't want people associating some building with something cheap and tawdry. Thats why we need to be sure to use nice pastel colors in the exterior paints. Good landscaping.
No...we want this whole experience to be one of healing...to be one of reconnecting to the joys of lubrication, blood flow and toe curling. Otherwise, people will wander off, with buyer remorse, and muttering those old lines..."I'm waiting for...."
