scientifically speaking they are the same...the difference comes when you compare definite anatomy and overall structure, but they are made from the same type of material and original structures...not saying they aren't different, but they are homologous structures...in either case it's just human anatomy what's the hangup?

Who cares? Worrying about such a thing is like slapping yourself in the balls with a crescent wrench because it feels so good when you stop. Such thoughts could cause you to lose your erection at a crucial point and make your disgusted partner roll over and go to sleep.

ill have to say that the penis is an over developed clitoris because if the clitoris was an underdeveloped penis that would make me underdevelopedly gay since i like to handle suck on and otherwise play with my partners. so THERE!
