I'm a boob man, no denying it but fake boobs just don't do anything for me at all. Do other people find them attractive? If so, why, if not, why not.

No they're not yet they seem so prevalent and I'm not sure why. If guys don't like them, perhaps women see them as an ego thing, I don't know.
Perhaps some women can enlighten us.

They are disgusting!!! Women who have them are insecure and think that men actually like them. But most men I think prefer holding some real boob - not a Barbie tit. Plus they NEVER look natural and the nipples are always facing too far upward - like they are saluting or something!

I'll try to help. I work with a gal that has had them done, done again, then reduced, due to fashion of the day, problems with one of the procedures. It really does seem to be a self esteem problem, especially with the one I work with. At least in this case, the person ought to worry about fixing their attitude, because if that's all that gets a guys attention about you-how very sad.

Fake boobs are great, just like real ones are great. I prefer real, but have had great experiences with fake ones as well. Fake is better in clothing than it is nekked, but fake will neverrrrrr have to fight the cruel "gravity thing" that damages real boobs over time. I have a buddy who actually prefers fake over real, he says......why have real ones when you can have perfect ones!!!!!
If it makes the woman feel better about herself, Im all for it. Self confidence is definitely a plus.

Loreli made a good point tho.
I would like to add that some women who have very small boobs might get implants to help her self esteem.
I wouldnt be so quick to judge em as a woman especially to put down a woman who has them. Looks a bit like jealousy. Plus there are some breast cancer survivors who might get offended at rude comments.
And YES my DDD's are real. I have never seen why in the world women would wanna make em so big!

I think the OP did ask for women's opinions as he said he didn't find them attractive and asked if "other" people did. At my last reckoning, that would include women too.
If we only include those boobs created for vanity and not for surgical reasons, then I agree, fake ones are not appealing even if they will be pointing skyward even into your eighties. Geez, they could run the push-up bra industry into the ground, oh no!!!

Thanks, GG, I had intended to ask everyone, I was especially interested in finding out the woman's perspective. I don't think they'd have to be lesbian or bi to comment. I'm sure everyone has seen them somewhere and can form an opinion as to attractiveness.
I'd overlooked the surgical aspect so I apologize to anyone who this might affect.

Okies.. I applogize. My comments b4 where not meant to hush anyone from this thread but after reading ezzangels comment, I felt like boppin her on tha head.
IMO fakies are pretty hot! I mean what can not be hott about them? They are perfect! Ok so some had bad boob jobs and the nipples point up. Oh well, not all are like that and I am sure most are not meant to be like that at all. I am not a man so I can comment on whether I would prefer them BUT I do have a friend who has had a boob job.. hers looks awesome BTW but they feel.... different? She also says they are not as sensitive as they use to be but since she was flat chested as one could get and nice hips she thought she would even it out. I personally would never want a boob job, even if I could use one.
I'd like to add not all women do this 'just because' or because they have issues and think this will help. Some just do it because they are 30 and still dont fill out an a cup. And just like buyin a new dress to make you feel more sexy they go buy em some boobs. My friend BTW couldnt fill out an A cup, she was buyin her bra's in the kids dept. and she only went up to a B/C cup.. depending on the brand of bra.
I still feel this question will be more honestly answered by men because of the fact there are ALOT of women intimidated by women with perfect perky fake boobs. And will leave comments like ezz. I did NOT say all women so dont jump my as$.

I think that's a really gross generalisation.
What about girls whose breasts are two different sizes?????? If they get their breasts done, does that make them insecure? I mean, you could make the case that it does, but I don't think it does.

GG in my experience women usually talk down about other women who have had breast implants. Its like breats envy or some shiat LoLThis being the net maybe there are more open minded women, But it sure wasnt the first woman poster here

I like fake and real ones..
Some fake ones are just oo dang hard to the touch..I mean when a girl is giving me (oops this is the clean room) you know..I LOVE to reach down and play with her breasts...fakes arent as pleasant as real.
On the other hand fake "usually" look better.

I personally don't really care if a womans breasts are real or fake. I have small breasts but think they suit my body and frame. I do however know a women who is very close to me that had breast of two different sizes, she had implants and loves them. They helped her feel more confident with her own body. I'm happy for her. She was already married at the time and her husband loves the improved self confidence.
I thought about having my done a time or two. Wanted to be bigger for the general apeal they seem to generate but breast are a fad when it come to size. Sometimes big and curvy is in and other times thin women are the rage. so I just wait for the tiny tops with thin or no starps to come back instyle!
