I've seen and had my hands on lots of fake tits. Some women need them and for cosmetic reasons, normal size ones are ok. None of the fakes feel like real though, and the old hard silicone ones were really bad. The saline boobs feel more real, but it's still easy to tell the difference.
Now when they get the enormous ones, completely out of proportion to their body, I hate those, that just looks stupid.

I figure I must be an ass man,because every time I leave the room,someone says,"What as ass,man."
but fake boobs just don't do anything for me at all. Do other people find them attractive? If so, why, if not, why not.
It depends on how well the job is done and on what woman.

Wonderful eye candy if done well. Having spent much time in LA and San Antonio, Dallas, Arlanta...I am here to tell you that there are some dandies out there.
That said, they do not feel anything at all the the real McCoy. For that reason, I would not ever want my woman to jump out to buy a pair.

Depends on whether or not the implant went under the skin or under the muscle.Under the muscle it feels like you have a woman that has nice tata's AND well developed abs.Of course,here again,it depends on how good the surgeon was.

If it feels good and it looks good - what the hell!! every one has the right to make the best of their selves if someone chooses to have implants and it makes the feel good  they are sexy to them

Unless it's an after cancer reconstruction or it's one of those things where she's breast fed too many and the look like shrivelled melons,I say be happy with what nature gave you.
What about breast asymmetry? Not the type that supposedly "every woman" has, I'm talking the real deal here - different cup sizes.
Men, would you rather have a woman with real, extremely asymmetrical breasts or fake, symmetrical ones?

my answer is that it would depend on if it affected her to the point where our sex life was impacted... remember that (as most guys will agree), the visual aspect is very important.. but there are many ways to be sexy besides nudity
I would never want this hypothetical woman to do something ( get implants) that she did not want to do. but if it was for her own reasons, and her doctor agreed that it was a valid reason..I would not say no... 
and that is the bottom line.. if she did not feel sexy being asymmetrical..but would feel sexy being symmetrical..I would support her decision ...
edited.. and yes..I did understand the question.. but took it further that what was asked...

I see women every day who either have or are considering breast implants for various reasons. It is a personal choice...sometimes made for reasons or vanity, insecurity, reconstruction, or assymmetry. Whatever the reason...it is a very personal choice and one that should not be made lightly...with that being said...I have seen and felt some fantastic boobs!!! oh, btw...silicone (gel) feels much more natural than saline... when placed by a skilled plastic surgeon (like the ones I work with) and in the appropropriate size for the patient...they can feel pretty darned natural...

As a visual aide, fake tits are very sexy......... I notice a nice rack right away, simply because you can see them...... a bit more clearly, more defined...... But as afar as the touch and feel, I prefer all natural myself. If I can't touch em or feel em........ What difference does it make? But if I can, make em real.......... make em sexy, make them naturally firm. I'll make her feel sexy.

Of course they "look" fuller and firmer, thus more sexy, but I don't want a woman strictly for appearance. I want them to "feel" natural not only to me, but to her also. I've heard bad boob jobs ruin sensitivity.
Anyway, if some women feel they need to have something done to correct age and gravity and restore self-esteem, who am I to criticize? I'll defer to CathyCRN for expert input....lol.

Well, I don't have them...so maybe not. But you've got to love the skin your in.
My face is just a bunch of scars slapped all over, and really, I could care less. I worry about how other people may react to them sometimes. But hey....it's just me.
