Absolutely....and I have. (I do, however, draw the line when a guy is young enough to be my son.) Otherwise, I don't see a thing wrong with dating a younger guy. For me it's no different than a person's race. If there is an attraction and you click....what does it matter?

I have only experienced that once and I prefer to be with an older man but if the opportunity came to date younger, I would within a reasonable age gap

I mean like a 40 + would date a guy in his late 20's.

For me, no, that would be too young.........personally I would feel the maturity level would be off balance (no offense to the younger men)

I'm 44 and I dated a 29 yr old for a bit.....he was more mature than some of the 40+ men I had went out with. It does depend on the individual....maturity levels do vary widely.

Ummm...guess the range is similar...I'm 62, was dating a 46 year old, but currently seeing a 53 year old...we are NOT our ages, we're ourselves...

I am 48 and the youngest I went out with was 27 I think. I just seem to get the ones in their 30s They are more likely to travel here for a date. But doesn t really matter what age. Just if its interesting.

I'm 42, the range I date recenty seems to be mid to late 20's to early 30's....it just (for the most part) seems to be a more compatible age than my own....

I actually do prefer younger men. Thier energy levels just seem to be more compatible with mine (get your mind out of the gutter...ok ok... that too). I agree with cupcake in that it does depend on the individuals involved and that I have been with younger guys that were more mature than the 40+ men I have dated.
Having said that... the one rule is that have to be older than my kids

Of course. Age is, for the most part, just a number.

Nope and here's why.
Dating someone of that age, one day they might want kids. I know I don't. Why go there? That's like a heartbreak waiting to be, at least for me.
I've heard tons of times that "No I don't want kids" but how can you know that at 20 something? I wouldn't feel comfy dating someone that much younger.
And I've certainly had some offers but.

Would you date a younger guy?
Sure. . .as long as I was younger than his parents. . .
But it's not something I actively seek out. . .they generally tend to find me.
Maybe it's the whole "older women are beautiful lovers" thing.
