1. This is when my thongs come in handy, they always raise a giggle, especially the tiger-stripe ones..
2. Invite them round to my house in the evening and have a candlelit dinner ready for them... it's an age-old favourite but always goes down a treat!
3. As son as you see her, rush up to her, give her a big kiss and tell her how glad you are to see her. It's simple, but she'll love it!

I wonder if it is typical for both western and european culture to surprise lovers wearing skimpy outfits like Victorial Secrets lingerie? I asked because all of my American and British friends seems to own quite a collection. I confess i don't even own one coz i'm always on the go and need to wear something comfy and sporty especially when i'm travelling or participating in various sports. i suspect they buy them to show their lovers and not to wear in day to day activity. Is it? I knew i won't be comfortable if i wear a thong going to one of my business meeting. and now another question, does it really makes one sexy if you wear those skimpy outfits? I would rather invest in jewelry collection than buy those. Care to know why? If i'm to surprise my lover, wouldn't it be more sexier if i wear nothing at all? Just asking tho.

This does tie in to what Beauty was saying. I do buy the skimpy outfits. I was meeting with a friend friday morning after we had both worked the night before. I got the room, showered, touched up all of the shaving, did the make up and the sheer black nightie and thigh highs, scented myself and the bed and got into the bed and waited.
The night he'd had made it seem like everything was working to delay our meeting, he was tired and frustrated.But when he came through the door and saw me waiting for him dressed that way it did perk him right up...all of the issues of the night before just fell away. It was the presentation, he was going to see naked soon enough,many men are very visual and appreciate a different view of their lover occasionally, and I know he also appreciated the fact that I went to the time and trouble to do this as a surprise for him after I had also worked all night...

SleepingBeauty - I don't know what everyone else thinks, but as far as those skimpy outfits are concerned, I wouldn't waste my money on them. Oh sure, just for a moment, maybe two, you walk in and see her dressed like that and think, "I know what's on YOUR mind," followed perhaps by the thought, "You did this for ME?" And then the moment passes and the skimpy outfit is on the floor.
Painter's idea is MUCH better!
Personally, she could be dressed in a huge parka, and if she gives me "that look"....nothing else is going to matter!  As far as the "presentation" is concerned, if she greets me at the door wearing one of my button down white shirts....uh, not very buttoned up, shall we say? - WOW! I'm gonna be all over her like flies at a picnic!!!!

One of the easiest "presentations" I ever did was to meet my ex at the door on Valentine's Day wearing 3 hearts. I didn't have them on for long.

The good ol' strip tease always worked out well with my lady friends. I like the Clark Kent/Superman route of starting out with a three piece suit but I don't have the tights so my audience will have to settle for "Buck Nekkid".

mmm...looks like i'm behind my western counterpart on this one.  i didn't know there has to be some...well...err presentation to be made before anything has to happen. thanks, that's quite an education for this noob.  though on another thought even if i can afford to buy a collection, i still hold back on buying one. i might as well pick up some leaves and flowers in the park and have them used as props for this particular presentation. anyway, this may not come too soon as i still have to find the perfect audience for this. hehehe

As far as VS goes. Its expensive. The only reason I have such a huge collection is my ex used to be a driver for the local stores. When stuff would go out of style & they couldn't sell it or return it they gave it to him for me. A lot of my friends work there & so they knew what I like & my size. As far as comfort goes... its a personal thing. Thongs aren't for everyone. I can wear one all day at work I actually found it easier to wear one then I had a desk job but now my job is more physical. Stand up sit down bend over..... you tug all day. I usually go commando at work cause of that. The push up bra again is something you get used to. I only wear them cause my boobs have shrunk seriously. I used to be a 42DD now I'm barely a 36D.... small D large C. They do have nice lounge wear I have several pairs of pj pants from them & there is nothing sexy to it at all. Hope that answered some of your questions.

The last woman I dated came to spend the weekend once, and when she walked in to the bedroom, the white comforter was covered with pink rose petals and candles were lit all through the bedroom. A glass of wine on each night stand. As soon as she walked through the door, I did almost exactly as Jester said.

in japan, there's just this futon on the tatami floor, nothing fuzzy. they just do it there. no presentation. americans seemed to be romantic in this area. i always think the Japanese just do it quick coz they all believe that time is money. but hey, no...not me! i still have to design my own presentation. it's gotta be amazing.
