I have never been with someone on a first date.. I feel what I have to give to a man is a gift...and it should be unwrapped slowly...taking in all the special paper thats its wrapped in...And then when its unwrapped there is the special prize...Everyone is tempted aaaaaaaand man its hard to say no....especially with all the kissing....but I just dont think sleeping on the first date is agood idea.........I like to save something. But after that first time...Its hard to tear me off.

This is stupid, immature, sexist or whatever you wanna call it, but this is candidly how I feel about sex on the first date.
I'm gonna try for it, but if I get my way, I'm gonna lose a lot of respect for the girl.

No. And not because I'm playing a game with the guy or trying for a 3 date or whatever rule. Because I want to feel more of a connection with someone and that takes more time. And you have to ask them if they have any diseases...And you have to talk about birth control. I know, not fun stuff. But I play responsibly. And our society would not be in as much turmoil if others played safe too, BTW.

uncrazy - excellent point. I think having sex too early in a relationship is very detrimental to the relationship. I think it makes both take their eyes off the budding relationship because they tend to be preoccupied with other thoughts and desires, other than simply wanting to get to know each other better.
