I agree Loreli....could be a medical problem. I personally have never encountered that problem. Been with a couple "minute men" though.....so when I found out they couldn't last more than a minute.....I made sure I got mine first!!!!

See, i don't understand this problem. I have went off quickly a few times. Some women get upset or disappointed or whatever and they stop and stomp off. The other ones are more educated and fun will keep me rising to the occassion and make me burst again. This can be done by hand play, mouth play, palyful tickles or massage of the balls. Be creative and have fun and he will burst again and again.

Well geez, this is the way I thought we were supposed to 'play'. 
...and my guess is that some guys need to be educated, too. Just because it shoots off once does NOT mean there's not another load or two hidden in the nether.
Big thing, though...NEITHER person should be upset or embarassed by it! If it ALWAYS happens, get it over quick, maybe, and head directly to round 2. 
(There are other techniques to prolong the inevitible...I've read about them, but haven't really needed 'em)

In my experiences.....I have found that "round 2" is much more satisfying and fulfilling than "round 1" anyways

I believe in Round 2 or Round 3. I have suffered from this before but only with a brand new lover.......brand new temperature brand new fit.........etc etc. BUT to know that you have failed at pleasing on the first attempt puts a guy under a lot of pressure.....love that kinda pressure though. I have never heard of a woman having a premature ejaculation but that would be nice......pulling off drawers and she says ooops I am sorry I lost it.......
A patient partner is great....no problem here lets play more.....run the vibrator for a bit.......oh yeah right there....that helps....

Just to keep in mind....
"Premature ejaculation" is a social concept, not a medical concept, or biological one. All animals besides human hump to get off quickly...ejaculate and go. Can you imagine a rabbit jumping on the back of a female rabbit and taking it nice and slow??? Or a bird fluttering on the back of another trying to last an hour? Or a bull, at 3100 pounds, climbing on the back of a 1500 pound cow and trying to saw in and out for 30 minutes?
Intercourse wasn't meant for fun...we simply discovered it was and in Western Culture where we have elevated the role of women, elevated her 'equal access' to some resources, suddenly, there emerges this concept..."premature ejaculation."
Does anyone think that was an issue 250 years ago for most couples??? Women as chattel, property? Medicine all about proving women as inferior and messed up?
There are tribal groups in indigenous cultures around the globe whose ejaculation on average occurs in less than a minute. Less than a minute. In that setting, some stupid westerner trying to make it last all noon, would be directed to the shaman for help with their Postmature Ejaculation.
For women to huff off...that's Immature Emasculation.

I think women need to remember, that there's not just foreplay, but midplay as well.
Most of us men, last a whole lot longer, after that first built up load, is out of the way and you girls, just need to accept the fact that a liittle work is needed, on your part, to get the second act going.

Um, yeah, what most of ya'll said. Appropriate expectations, round two, toys, and more time for play. Yes, women do it, too. I have lots of times when we're puttin' it. It doesn't mean funtime's over and I'm happy because I know I get a chance for another.

I disagree with the statement. Intercouse in HUMANS was created for fun (and pro-creation when wanted). The clitoris only function is for pleasure. If sex wasn't created for fun then why have a body part thats only function is pleasure? There are epic and stories from way, way back that tell of a womans pleasureable role in intercourse. It wasn't talked about like it has been now, but I still think it exsisted.

Torees...I can appreciate that as a woman, you want to protect your clitoris as unique in the animal kingdom...but it ain't so. Many monkeys have clitori, just as do whales and other mammals. Now, I am not calling anyone in here a whale or a monkey so if anyone is taking it that way...well...that's a personal thing.
And yes, there are stories of women and pleasure throughout history...but...it does not become an expectation of the vast majority of women until the emergence of the 'liberty and equality' in western history. Before that, it was the seldom experienced phenomenon of women of the elites, or the elites lovers.
In most of the world today, the woman's pleasure is still not very important. In some societies today, it is still the case that if it seems a woman is enjoying sex too much, it is assumed she is some sort of harlot.
*can you imagine the size of a whale clitoris? I wonder if there are any pictures of a male whale going down on a female whale, flippers wrapped around his adorable huge snout?*

I might point out though, that face to face intercourse....is rather rare in the animal kingdom and it was that, which brought the clit into its own. as far as women finding sex recreational. Instead of a "bend over, let's make babies" affair.

Wow...that comment about the whale made me wonder...(I don't think Torees was claiming that humans are the ONLY mammals who copulate for pleasure as well as procreation, only that we can)...but I looked up whales in a marine veterinary website...most interesting...it seems that the female whales (at least this is what I infer) masturbate and the males don't...poor guys never evolved a 'hand'... so at least the females have an alternative method of gratification in the event of premature ejaculation...
