I was taught how to localize the Kegal muscle in a birthing class in 1989. They said they were doing this so it would aid in the birthing proccess.
Anyway...lol
Since then I have totally learned how to control it. It acctually makes an orgasm more intense for me, kindof aiding in the stoking of the "G" spot you might say. And guys I have been with say that it feels incredible to them as well.

The women that I have slept with that do kegel exercises certainly know how to enhance pleasure... saying that, so do most of the women that haven't done kegel exercises.

It's a muscle in the vagina.
Kegel exercises can lead a woman to have more awareness of her vagina and increase its sensitivity through muscle control. With strong Kegel muscles, a woman can squeeze her mate's penis tightly while it is inside her, leading to increased satisfaction for him. Having strong Kegel muscles may also enable a woman achieve orgasm more easily.

Kegel exercises aren't just for women. They are helpful for men to perform to improve incontinence problems as well as to preserve erections. A urologist might prescribe them if indicated.
