For those not familiar with the term, an empath is one who picks up on the emotions of others or 'vibes' around them. There are varying abilities, and varying strengths.
Are there any other Empaths here on MD??

Waterfire, have you 'felt' anything recently? I mean strong feelings on a higher level?
I realize this is vague......and I apologize.
I just experienced a wave of emotion that came out of the blue, like I haven't felt in a long time....six months to a year. I am having trouble locating the source.

Yes. But why? Two reasons. Greater individual awareness and a greater 'worldly' awareness. Many things are changing between the spirit world and our realm. The 'veils' are becoming thinner over time since thesew past years.

I understand that there are changes between the spirit world and the material world. I understand that there are huge changes to come. Why would the veils become 'thinner'?

Rather reluctant to open discussion on the subject but since its already mentioned.... The Earths vibration is slowly increasing. The boundry of this material world with the spirit world is becoming less where people here are becoming more aware of the spirit world. Not only that but the greater spiritual awareness is bringing many more people intouch with 'more' than just this world. The ' greater consciousness' is becoming clearer. In the years to come people will develop more spiritually in unison with the worldly vibration.
At the same time there will be great changes in the world as we know. Some for the good and some for the bad for some peoples.
The worlds karma is at change.

Clairsentient and clairvoyant.
Being clairsentient is fine with me.
Being clairvoyant can be very difficult to accept at times.

I am not sure if the veils are becoming thinner or people are becoming more aware (which is my personal pick), I guess the end result is the same.

Yes, I understand it as a growing awareness also. The only 'veils' I know of are the ones we put up in our own consciousness. Ahh....got it, 8knots.
Yes, also to the vibrations rising. I disagree that it is slow though. I think it speeds up incrementally with each new aura joined to the greater consciousness.
AngelLight...I keep getting them mixed up. Is clairvoyant 'seeing', and clairsentient 'knowing'?
I can never remember if I am clairaudient or clairsentient......sometimes things just pop into my head. I just 'know' an answer to a question that I couldn't possibly know. I like to think that sometimes animals voice their opinions in my own thoughts also.

The 'Veils' is more like that there is a Fog between this realm and the next as is between all.
People are becoming more aware due to 'information', of cause with a better world to develop in too, but more people will become aware as this realm increases its vibration. People becoming aware not due to self-development but more 'environmentally inflicted',lol
With the veil becoming thinner or realms becoming more in-line it is like a Fog allowing both realms to recognise and inter-relate more.
More of the spirit realm will be seen by us as their world will inter-act with us more.
However, this changing is also causing more upheavals as the world changes. I think most psychics will notice changes in their sensitivity over the years. It does 'just happens' but has been going on for decades as it will continue to do so before settling down.
Our world and all that is in it will change for the better and be more spiritually developed. I hear people use the label "Age of Aquarius" or similar. Maybe this is what they refer too or just seeing what the future will be.
Some psychics will actually be more sensitive to the Earth vibrations as she changes. Especially in physical areas of upheavals.

Clairsentient has to do with sensing and feeling energy or vibration, and then being able to interpret it into language. People who are clairsentient are also known as "sensitives", and yes, there is a "knowing" that transpires in the registering and/or interpretation of energy.
Clairvoyant has to do with seeing things, usually in the near future or the future . It's both a knowing and a seeing that something is going to happen.....sometimes it is a literal knowing and other times it's a figurative knowing and other times its both.
There can be a fine line between being clairsentient and clairvoyant....these two experiences often work in concert with each other or compliment one another.

I have the problem of being able to interpret it. I ahven't worked alot with it though.
Just a feeling, a "knowing" that something is going on and I can't get to it.
I have before though. Not sure why or how to do it again.

Ok...so I am definitely clairsentient.
So if one is clairaudient, do you hear things in your own voice, or in other voices?
Katt...much of it is instinctual.....the interpretations come, but we 'second guess' ourselves and talk ourselves out of trusting those answers. It helps to connect with your 'inner peace', to rest there awhile, and to do so as often as possible. It will heighten your awareness of your inner thoughts, processes, and instincts, but it will also heighten your awareness of your surroundings throughout the rest of the day. An open mind is essential.
SunBabe...I won't be one to criticize you for feeling that way. It's not easy, nor fun, and it can be very difficult at times to view it as a blessing. That you see it and acknowledge it is enough for now.

It's only a blessing when you have the "luxury" of possibly making a difference. Otherwise it's a frustration. I choose not to be frustrated by outside influences at this time in my life.

Thats how I have felt most of my life about this Sunbabe.
It also has scared me to let it just "happen".
Lately, it seems to just burst through at odd times and I have to stop and think who or what it is trying tell me. ( I think because of the distance between some of my closest loved ones.)
