Hi all! This thread is the toilet/cess pool where you leave the schitt, the scuzz, the crap, the ugly stuff. Put it here. We will leave it here and clean it out weekly of the energy we put in it.
Then we will clear the threads energy. Do not take any of this on. You can be specific or general. As you wish. You can offer healing for the people but you do NOT need to put your thoughts or words in here. Maybe just a dumping icon or a puking icon or even a frowny icon, etc.
Your intent is what counts, ok?
My contribution is this. I let go of all bad judgement in relationships...
Inside and out and from both ends!

Whew! Got that out. Now, I accept and believe on all levels of consciousness that I can truly experience abundant and infinite health, happiness, comfort and ease in all aspects of my life and consciousness.

This seems like just the place for all my anger and disappointment with people who are aware that their behavior is hurting not only themselves but the people who love them, yet they not only continue the behavior but then demand help from these same people when "things get out of hand". And all my anger and disappointment with myself for choosing to put myself in the middle to be affected by the bad behavior and the consequences. And my guilt for choosing to get away from the situation without finding a solution (because there isn't one). The only life I can live is my own.

Solo, It sounds like you've been through and are still going through the same kinds of things I have. 
I dump the frustration and anger I feel for my husband for not asking me to forgive him for all the things he did to drive me away and then all the things he did when he was so angry at me when he finally succeeded.

I choose to let go of the need for other people to live the way I think is best and forever more allow them their own self expression, no matter what I think about it. I do also choose to move out of their choices of expression if it is uncomfortable to me. Just because they are people I care about, it does not mean I HAVE to share their lives and expressions.
I give you AND myself freedom of choice. And I let GO of the F*CKING GUILT letting them go out of my LIFE!

I choose to let go of my own expectations of others and their
responses, that don't fit or meet my own.
I choose to accept on sending out my own efforts and allow
the "Universe's Wisdom" to choose the best response that
is in the highest and best interest for all concerned.

Thanks Meadow, I agree Red, I got a little hit off of it as well.
I let GO of impatience and accept what I need will come to me in PERFECT TIME AND TIMING! I let go of the NEED to hurry, to rush. I let GO of fear that if I do not take what is offered I will lose an opportunity. Wow, that was a good one. Let me go deeper with this one.

Time to clean out the energy. Anyone wishing to clear their energy just keep reading. Stop now otherwise.
I ask you, Spirit, to get everyone's spiritual crews up to speed (that reads this) for this high vibration time, planet and this work I am asking for now. Bring them all to the highest levels and thoroughly educate them so they may do the work. Download all information they need and remove all those that are NOT in the highest and greatest good for these people's now and future plans. Bring in all those that are the greatest and best for their now and future plans.
I now ask that all crews also be cleared of any of these things we are releasing. I ask that all people and beings involved in these behaviors we wish to let go of be cleared of all programming, energies or attached beings that may cause these behaviors.
I ask that all negative contracts be dissolved, resolved, completed, deleted and or rewritten to be more supportive in a postive and loving way and at the highest vibrations for all involved in any way. I ask that all vows that may have created these challenges for us be completely cleared from our souls, soul records and from our bodies and minds. (Whew)
Now clear all this crap that we are asking to remove and release, from us, this thread and from this site as well so it will not taint us, our lives, the site or thread. All the way down to atomic level. Thank you so much. Now, Spirit, please set up new positive supportive programming for all of us on up the chain to support our positive growth and expansion. Abundant Blessings to all.

Okay, Spirit and High Self, I am SOOOO ready to let go of THIS one.
I am ready to let go of the belief that I cannot get what I want. Seems to me I get lots of stuff but the things I REALLY want all the time, I don't get.
Can you fix that Spirit? Either take away that unfulfilled desire or fill it for me and I would like it to be satisfactory and abundant fulfillment as well. Or very fast release of the longings. I let go of the suffering!!!

A Meditation to Release Blocks, Delays, Procrastination
I now release all blocks, delays and procrastination of positive events in my life.
I void all previous contracts with spiritual counsels now and throughout
all infinity that involve blocks, delays and procrastination in receiving
love, monetary prosperity, abundance and opportunities.
Love, prosperity, opportunities, travel and visitors flow freely and easily into my present life and are now constant.
I now void all delays in making all major decisions. I make important decisions quickly and easily. My decisions are always strong, sound, clear, and perfect for me, in my highest good and for all others concerned.
I now release my old way of life.
I release my old relationships and open to the joy and wonder of the new life ahead of me. My present life now easily falls into place in a positive way for all concerned without effort.
The Universal Source, God/Goddess provides new opportunities opening up to me for love prosperity,serenity. I accept them into my life for my own best interests and for the best interests of all involved.
So be it, and so it is in love, light and inner peace....
