I have been running across so many testimonies online of people who have actually seen the Lord had encounters with Him that I thought I would post some. Please post any that you know of. This is so much better than arguing with the unbelievers who cannot nor will not see unless they, too, have an encounter with Jesus. I pray that they do.

This is an account of a small boy who drowned in a swimming pool
http://http://www.christianitytoday.com/tc/2002/006/11.68.html Today's Christian, November/December 2002
'Mommy, I Saw Jesus' After our 4-year-old son nearly drowned, the doctors told us he would never be the same again. They were right. by Amy Buettner
It began as a typical late spring evening in our little city of Tuscaloosa, Alabama. But June 15, 2000, was destined to become a night my family will never forget. My oldest son Jacob's junior league baseball team had just lost a playoff game that, on paper, they were supposed to win. My husband, Craig, who was helping coach the team with a friend, had promised the boys that if they won, they would have a big pool party. But seeing the sulking faces of a bunch of 10-year-olds, Craig and his friend decided to let the boys have the party anyway.
So, at the home of one of the young players, the team and their families enjoyed the warm evening air. Everyone was having a great time in and around the pool. After swimming, we all gathered together to eat on the patio. The nine-foot-deep pool lay 20 yards away from the patio.
After getting our five children settled, my husband and I sat down to eat. Kennedy, our 4-year-old son, sat a few feet away on his towel, eating a hot dog with the "big boys."
Halfway through my meal, I realized Kennedy was no longer on his towel. At this point, many of the younger children had finished eating and were up playing on bikes and riding toys. I thought Kennedy was probably riding one of the toys, but I had an overwhelming sense that I needed to find my son.
I immediately went to the pool and did not see him. I scanned the area in and around the pool, looking for his little red swimsuit. I never thought to look on the bottom of the pool's deep end. I headed to the front of the house thinking the street would be the next worst place he could be.
I returned to the patio and told Craig that I could not find Kennedy. He also got up and went to the pool area. We searched and called for more than five minutes. As we were both returning from searching around the yard, we heard the screams. Above them all was our 10-year-old son Jacob yelling, "Daddy, Daddy, Kennedy was on the bottom of the pool!" I heard someone yell, "Call 911."
I ran toward the pool, and what I saw makes my heart ache even now. There on the concrete lay my precious Kennedy. He was limp, bloated to twice his size, and his coloring was a sick grayish blue. Craig, a family physician, was already crouched over our son, performing CPR. Kneeling behind him were two men praying and quoting Scripture.
This could not be happening, I said to myself, not to my child. I fell to my knees, grabbing Kennedy's legs, which felt like rubber, and prayed for the Lord to please save my son. I found out later that Kennedy did not have a heartbeat for the first five minutes of CPR.
After 12 minutes of CPR, the ambulance arrived. Kennedy was breathing and he had a heart rate of 120. Craig rode to the hospital in the ambulance with Kennedy. Our 5-week-old baby son and I were driven by our dear friend, who was also one of the men on their knees praying for Kennedy. This friend prayed and quoted Scripture the entire trip.
After arriving at the local hospital, Kennedy was intubated. His lungs were swelling and he was having seizures and posturing, which is a sign of brain damage.
Several of Craig's medical colleagues were there at the hospital, taking care of Kennedy. They worked feverishly, but they were not optimistic about his chances. He had been without oxygen for too long. The pediatrician who had trained Craig several years ago actually pulled me aside and explained how bleak the situation was, that Kennedy would likely have severe brain damage—if, in fact, he survived.
The ER doctors worked diligently, but they knew Kennedy needed to get to the children's hospital in Birmingham for the best care. It was a 20-minute trip for Kennedy on the Lifesaver helicopter. It would take Craig and I an hour by car. As we left, we knew things were not looking good for our little boy.
A small comfort When we arrived at Children's Hospital, we were amazed at everyone who drove to Birmingham to support and pray for us. The prayers began to ripple through our community. After the doctors worked on Kennedy, the icu physician came out to tell us that Kennedy was in critical condition but there was a chance for survival. He told us Kennedy might not recognize us and that he might thrash around uncontrollably. He also told us that there was a five-day waiting period during which Kennedy's brain could begin swelling.
After the doctor left, I again prayed for my precious little boy. I prayed for complete healing, but I would take Kennedy anyway God would give him back to me.
We were able to see Kennedy a few hours later. My little man had tubes everywhere, one down his throat into his lungs, one arterial line into his heart, numerous ivs, and a catheter in his bladder. He was a pitiful sight, but he was alive.
Later that evening, we were unable to recall the name of the icu doctor who attended to Kennedy. He had been such a wonderful caregiver. Craig asked a nurse what his name was. She said, "Oh, that is Dr. Buckmaster." Craig and I looked at each other and smiled.
My loving brother, Mark Kennedy, who had died

My loving brother, Mark Kennedy, who had died of brain cancer six months earlier, was nicknamed, "The Buckmaster" because of his love for deer hunting. It was a small comfort God gave us to let us know that he was in control. The next morning, we found out that Dr. Buckmaster's first name was Mark.
Out of deep waters The next few days consisted of waiting and praying. Kennedy's lungs were very sick. Yet, two days after being found and pulled off the bottom of a swimming pool by a team of 9- and 10-year-old boys (a miracle in itself), our little son began to show signs that he was still with us.
The first signs were fighting with the tube down his throat, squeezing our hands on command, and the most exciting moment was the first time he gave us a little thumbs up. Throughout this time of waiting, God sent us caring family, friends, and hospital staff. But most comforting was his Word. Each day, the Lord spoke to us through Scripture.
On Sunday, June 18, God told me to read Psalm 18:
He reached down from on high and took hold of me; he drew me out of deep waters. He rescued me from my powerful enemy, from my foes, who were too strong for me. They confronted me in the day of my disaster, but the Lord was my support. He brought me out into a spacious place; he rescued me because he delighted in me (vv. 16-19, NIV). I knew my little boy was going to be completely healed.
Exactly one week after the accident, Kennedy was released from Children's Hospital. A child who was supposed to die, or at least have severe brain damage, left the hospital on his granddad's shoulders. Minutes after arriving back home in Tuscaloosa, he asked his dad, "Daddy, will you play baseball with me?" I am sure you can guess what his daddy's answer was.
To heaven and back The story of Kennedy's accident and healing is a miracle by itself. But there is so much more.
I desperately wanted to know how Kennedy got on the bottom of that pool. There were almost 40 people at the party, and no one saw him get in the pool. Why hadn't I watched him more closely? The guilt began to gnaw away at my conscience.
After Kennedy was able to talk, I said, "You were asleep for a long time, I have been missing you. What did you do?" He answered, "An angel picked me up and we flew. We flew through walls, clouds, and I flew through you, Mommy."
I asked him what the angel looked like, and he told me the angel had long white clothes. Kennedy told me they flew to heaven and that there was a door with jewels all around it and "when they opened that door, it was snowing in there."
I was careful not to put words in Kennedy's mouth, I wanted this to be his memory. The only time I asked him a detailed question was when I asked him if he had seen his Uncle Mark in heaven. Kennedy told me that he did see Mark in heaven and that he looked "just like Jesus, and all his boo-boos were gone." He told me Mark was happy and that he wanted to stay in heaven.
Kennedy told me that Jesus held him and that there were a lot of angels. Kennedy also described seeing a volcano. He told me, "There were people in the volcano, there was a dragon in there with them and they were sad, there was fire all around the volcano."
As Kennedy was describing all this to me, I asked him continually if he was ever afraid. He said, "No, I was with Jesus and Uncle Mark, and I was standing on glass; I was invisible." I asked Kennedy how he got back, and he told me Uncle Mark gave him a push and an angel flew him back. I asked him if he would like to go back to heaven again someday, and he said, "Yes, but Jesus is coming here."
Kennedy was a little boy who two weeks before his accident would have gotten upset if you discussed death and going to heaven with him. He was just 4, and he wasn't prepared for that. He didn't want to leave Mommy. Now, suddenly, he's a boy who tells us about Jesus and heaven

You can find a lot of people who have had hallucinations in mental institutions. Mental illnesses are worshiped by Christians. Ask SOC and Seal.
Why don't you post a full account of your hallucinations?

He told me, "There were people in the volcano, there was a dragon in there with them and they were sad, there was fire all around the volcano." Again we see the sick christian mind at work. Picture what is being described here. Jesus holding a little boy in heaven watching the non-believers burning in the volcano of hell!
I hope this is not your true concept of heaven because you may be spending eternity watching loved ones burn, yell and scream. Their voices will haunt you for eternity.
Peace

Cyn, How can that be? Its really the Lord making his appearance. If you look closely you can see the fur is normal and nothing moved around. Look at the face.
Bev, what you you think it is? Why would the Lord show up on a dog's ass? Is that because the DOG spelled backwards is GOD? I'm wondering if Balaam's ass did the same thing?

Heart Surgeon tells of Resurrection from the Dead (miracles) posted by bibleprobe , Mass., 07.19.2007
At World Doctor's Conference, Heart Surgeon Relates Astounding Account of a Resurrection from the Dead
Dr. Chauncey W. Crandall IV
"We quickly rushed the gentleman down to the intensive care unit, and the hospital was by now buzzing about the fact that a dead man had been brought back to life. After a couple of days he woke up. He had an amazing story to tell after I had asked him, 'Where have you been and where were you on that day that you had that massive heart attack? You were gone and we prayed you back to life in Jesus name.'"
Dan Wooding/TN (July 18, 2007)
(MIAMI, FL)—The audience of 120 doctors from 50 countries sat in stunned silence as a renowned heart doctor produced evidence of how, after he had prayed for a patient who had died and was being prepared for the morgue, was brought back to life after prayer.
Dr. Chauncey W. Crandall IV, who serves at the Palm Beach Cardiovascular Clinic in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida, made his dramatic presentation on Friday, July 13th at the 4th Annual World Christian Doctors Network Conference in Miami, Florida.
He produced dramatic evidence that was shown on the screen and then, afterwards, agreed to tell the story to Assist News Service in an interview with Dan Wooding.
The following is the interview as conducted by Dan:
Dr. Crandall began by saying that the dramatic incident took place almost a year ago in West Palm Beach, Florida. "We had a fifty-three year old man who came to the emergency room with a massive heart attack and actually his heart had stopped," he said. "The medical people had worked on him for over forty minutes in the emergency room and then declared him dead.
"They called me in to evaluate the patient towards the end of his treatment where they had unsuccessfully tried to revive him. The nurse was preparing his body to be taken down to the morgue when the Holy Spirit told me to 'turn around and pray for that man.' When the Holy Spirit talks to you, you have to respond. It's sometimes a quiet voice and this was a quiet voice and to honor the Lord I did turn around and I went to the side of that stretcher where his body was being prepared.
"There was no life in the man. His face and feet and arms were completely black with death and I sat next to his body and I prayed, 'Lord, Father; how am I going to pray for this man? He's dead. What can I do?' All of a sudden, these words came out of my mouth, 'Father, God, I cry out for the soul of this man if he does not know You as his Lord and Savior, please raise him from the dead right now in Jesus name.
"It was amazing as a couple minutes later, we were looking at the monitor and all of a sudden a heart beat showed up. It was a perfect beat; a normal beat; and then after a couple more minutes, he started moving and then his fingers were moving and then his toes began moving and then he started mumbling words.
"There was a nurse in the room—she wasn't a Believer—and she screamed out and said 'Doctor Crandall, what have you done to this patient?' And I said, 'All I've done is cry out for his soul in Jesus name.'
You were gone and we prayed you back to life in Jesus name.'
"He said, 'Doctor Crandall, it's the most amazing thing. I was in a dark room and there was no light. It was complete darkness and I felt I was in a casket and I kept repeating that I was so disappointed.' He said the disappointment came from the fact that none of his family, friends or colleagues, had come to visit him. Then he told me, 'All of a sudden, these men came in and they wrapped me up and they threw me in the trash.'
"Dan, he was in hell that day and as he told me that story, I cried out, 'Lord, this gentleman needs to accept You as Lord and Savior.' I then explained the salvation message to this man as he sat in that bed and I held his hand and I cried out, 'Father God, in the name of Jesus, I pray that this man accepts you as his Lord and Savior right here in the intensive care unit.' He held out his hand and accepted Christ as his Savior with tears rolling down from his eyes and now he's a child of God.
"I told him, 'You never have to be thrown in the trash into total darkness now. The life of Christ is in you and the light of the kingdom of Heaven is on you now."
I asked Dr. Crandall if there had been any brain damage to the patient.
"No there was no brain damage at all; his brain was completely normal," he said. "I was most concerned about his hands because his fingers were completely black and he had some numbness in his fingers and his feet, but now that is totally resolved."
I asked Dr. Crandall if he could give the name of the man and he said he couldn't as the patient had requested that it would not be revealed.
"All I can say is that he was fifty-three years old and he was a car mechanic," he said. "He had a family who were Believers, but he left them twenty years ago because he didn't believe in the Lord. His family continued to pray for twenty years for his salvation, and his ex-w

For unbelievers always wanting medical proof: An interview with Boris - an Internal Affairs officer in Ukraine.
My Testimony
INTERVIEWER: - I would like to introduce to you, Mr. Boris Pilipchuk, who is 36 years old. Please, Boris tell us about yourself.
BORIS: - I am an officer, a Senior Lieutenant on the police force. My position is that of a strategic duty officer in one of the operation sections of the police force in Khemlnitskij District of Ukraine. I fought in the Afghanistan war. I am married with three children. We live in a village called Novaya Siniavka, in the Starosiniavskij region of Khemlnitskij District.
INTERVIEWER: - Boris, I know that you are a Believer. How did you get saved?
BORIS: - I was a strong atheist, but my wife and her parents were believers. They always wanted me to be saved. On September 16, 1996, Pastor Nikolai Ivashenko, of the Full Gospel Church in the town of Mariopol, came to our village, while he was in town visiting his relatives. My wife asked him to speak to me. However, she warned him that I lacked temperance, was very aggressive, and rude. The training I received in the army left a scar on my character.
When I saw Pastor Nikolai, I thought to myself, "Now, I'm going to teach you a lesson…" However, he walked up to me and began speaking. Suddenly, I began feeling a peace in my heart that I had not experienced since my childhood days. I was trained to give orders, or receive orders and carry them out. It was an environment in which normal human interaction was rare. Something on the inside of me was transformed as I listened to the words of Pastor Nikolai. When I heard the phrase, "Now we'll pray, repeat after me…" I repeated the sinners' prayer. The power of the Holy Spirit came upon me and the Lord baptized me in the Holy Spirit. Ever since then, I dedicated my life to serve the Lord.
INTERVIEWER: - How did those around you react to this change in your life?
BORIS: - My mother was very indignant, at the beginning, because she did not know the Lord at this time. Later on, opposition at my work place began. They threatened to lay me off the job or demote me. They even went to the extent of trying to make me backslide, but I wasn't disturbed by this, neither did I worry. In the past, I would have been in a state of confusion, ready to relinquish my officers' rank. Now, this seemed absurd to me. God's word says that if you are taken to court, not to be anxious over what to say, for He will speak for you. So being confident in my faith, I said, " You cannot do anything to me, because the Lord is with me." So my superior officers had to submit to this. Not only did my colleagues adhere to this, they also listened, with pleasure, as I preached during my break period. I told every one about Jesus Christ, in the hope of winning one soul to the Lord. I won't go on to describe what hideous things I did before repentance, because the Lord has forgiven me of all my sin. I praise and thank Him for this. The Lord forgives all the sin of anyone who earnestly repents.
INTERVIEWER: - You are in the service and a believer - this is very unusual. Do people consider this to be normal?
BORIS: - I tell everyone that Jesus Christ is Lord over all, including men in the service. The Lord loves each and everyone the same. I have been asked several times, " How can you serve God, being in the service, handling weapons?" It is God's word that teaches us how to serve Him.
When John the Baptist baptized people in the Jordan River, men in the service came up to him and asked, "What shall we do?" He responded by telling them that they should be content with their wages. There is no place in the Word of God where it is written that men in the service should not serve the Lord. On the contrary, we know from the Holy Scriptures that two Roman officers repented and that they and their entire household served the Lord Jesus Christ. Each and every believer has a discrete ministry in God's sight.
INTERVIEWER: - Boris, I can see that you are in perfect health. Before your remarkable ordeal, were you in the same state of health?
BORIS: - Yes. Perfect health is a prerequisite to join the force. It was mandatory for us to undergo routine medical tests.
INTERVIEWER: - Please, tell me what happened to you.
BORIS: - I will recount how the Lord raised me from the dead. On the 27th of July 1998, I returned home from work to my village. Something happened to me that I cannot explain. I was completely paralyzed and I lost consciousness. According to my wife's account, after I lost consciousness, I was rushed to the hospital and placed in the intensive care unit. Their diagnosis was - Brain hemorrhage. I remained there for several days in a coma. I was transferred to the intensive care unit of the Khelmitskij District Clinic. The doctors continued to fight for my life. However, I had a heart attack which lessened my chance of survival.
INTERVIEWER: - How serious was your brain hemorrhage?
BORIS: - I later found that the doctor had diagnosed internal bleeding in 95% of my brain. All the equipment and the sensors that were attached to my body indicated that I was dead. In their medical report, the doctors detected a hemorrhage that had spread all over my brain; all of the nine tests confirmed my death.
Death registered by the Doctors.
INTERVIEWER: - Boris, from what you were told later, after the doctors certified your death, did they immediately call
