I was once discussing evolution vs. creation with a friend. She said she was very anti evolutionist because the evolutionist could not answer the question of how evolution occurred. She said the current theories on the the mechanics behind the evolutionary process didn't wash and she said for that reason, she believed in a creation and creator.

OK fair enough.God created it all,but then, how did God get here?I remember my mom teaching me about God when I was around 4.She explained how God made the world, the stars, the moon and us.I asked her "Who made God?"She told me that he "made himself".

I'm still puzzling over that one, mom. It brought up some really strange mental visuals at the time and still does.

My point here is,that no matter how you look at things, whether through faith or rationality, there will always be the unanswered question concerning,"where did it start."If Hydrogen is responsible, then where did the Hydrogen come from?If a creator created everything, then who or what created the creator?

It would be nice to know all the unanswered questions we have then the debate wouldnt even happen when it come to who created God.
We dont debate our need for oxygen to live because we allready know.Regardless of what anyone believes,we dont know exactly how life was created anymore then we know how many billions of galaxies exist besides our own.
What I do know is that through something that some tend to get a laugh over...faith, any unanwered questions I have (there are many) I will get the answer to whenever the time comes when those answers are available for me.
In my opinion, patience is having faith.

If one believes in a creator, then it always was.

Evolution can also stand on its own as a source of all existence, or it can be part of the creator's plan.

Which is correct? What you are asking is unanswerable by the human form.

Evolution cannot stand alone because there is no basis for creation.

If you find the answer, sell it to me.

Just as one can believe that a creator was always present, another can believe that matter was not created, but always existed and evolved to where we are today.

There is just no knowledge or proof available for anyone to present an answer to this question- only theories. All anyone can offer is whatever they believe, which results in the debates over both.

Evolution is a process whereby as mother earth changes all things must adapt in order to survive on mother earth. Lets start with mother earth is evolving and we as passengers on space ship earth adapt to survive as a species from the bounty she provides.

Even those who believe in Creationism cannot deny that as a species we adapt in order to survive.
