It is unusual for a Christian not to fear God.

I don't understand why a person would fear God. If He is our Father,,why would I fear my Father? He loves me.

They eat tiny bugs for protein. I went to fish store and got some blood worms and made a paste. 50% protein. He likes it.

His left wing is broken. I'm trying to get him to a wildlife center. Otherwise, he's healthy.

Hammer,
I don't know very much about birds...is the break seem to be at the wrist of the wing or the bone between the shoulder and the wrist?
I know that his body is trying to repair the damage and I'm sure protein and calcium are both vital to his mending. I cannot envision a splint that could remain attached to the wing of the hummingbird.
More of what blessings you bring to each other I'm sure will be forthcoming.

I do not fear God.
There is nothing to fear about Love. Love is the opposite of fear. The word "fear" is not correct in the old translations. The word is more "awe" "respect" "honor".
I like the "bride of Christ" example. I would not have a husband that I feared. Afraid that if I didn't "obey" him, I would be punished/sent to a bad place.... Or he would strike me in a physical way. I am in awe of, respect and honor God.
I think He is a "I'll work with ya" kinda guy.........

I'm afraid of the lessons I still need to learn. I can understand why I needed to learn the ones I've been visited with so far, but they are soooooo not fun.
Sometimes I feel like Eb Scrooge.
