Your getting more fun in tolerance knotty...I mean that!

Angel, you know me, I thrive on confrontation. Look how teachings of Buddhism can shine forth

Yes they have to spit polish all those shrines daily. Do they have a certain ritual do it I wonder?

Ok...ok! I being silly now! But onward and forward.

Since the buddha teachings shine forth, what happens when they get upset, mad or angry after they shined? Does this now become suffering and they have to start all over from the beginning again? If so, then this seems to be an endless cycle of sorrows. But then again, reincarnation solves that problem. It's all in the mind. No solid evidence of reincarnation exists.

Heaven... Buddhists do Pujas too

Like Vesak Puja - Buddhas Birthday. Puja is just a word meaning ceremony or prayer. Other Indian religions use it too..

Angel:

Well, there are the "doorways".... the mind, the body, our speech, which we need to guard vigilantly as not to get upset and cause harm to others. Of course being a Buddhist doesnt mean being infallible and trouble free. Understanding what ever wrongful action through our body or speech and our wrongful actions in thoughts we shall seed the consequences that will sooner or later ripen. Every wrongful or right action have a consequence. So, if I am horrid to you then I do know it is I that will suffer because of it. Unless you are a Master thats spiritual development is beyond the karmic influence. They get away with whatever because they know how too But they do it for the good benefit of others. take for example Naropa, the Master of Milarepa who put him through hell so he could be enlightened in one life time!

Does this now become suffering and they have to start all over from the beginning again? If so, then this seems to be an endless cycle of sorrows. But then again, reincarnation solves that problem. It's all in the mind. No solid evidence of reincarnation exists.

No suffering is the cause of our own actions. You can change your future by what you do now. There is only endless cycle of sorrows as you call it through your own actions. Nobody elses. You can break that cycle from delivering yourself from ignorance.

Reincarnation doesnt resolve anything. Your body wears out and you are faced with the same mind conditions from the past reincarnation to the next depending on what you have realized through the process.

Evidence exists by your very nature and getting to know it. Just as you remember past moments do you remember past reincarnations when your mind is lifted from the fog of clouded ignorance. When your mind opens then you WILL remember and realize much more than you could possibly imagined. As you know the Buddhas only point the way. It is for you to discover the truth. You are born into this world alone and you will die out of it alone. You will realize it alone. But take heart, love, compassion and wisdom never leaves you and you are not alone par se.

We are all dependent and interconnected on each other and everything

Knotty...Naropa believed in a dakini a diety goddess!

Do buddhists believe in a hell? I don't!

I thought Milarepa learned from Marpa?

Hell is a state of mind.

A dakini is a sentient being that is an angel.
