Fear leads to anger. Anger leads to hate. Hate leads to suffering. I sense much fear in you. That's the most awesome verse I've ever heard.
I first heard if from a green little muppet back early one morning in May 1999.
I studied that verse and analyzed and concluded the following:
What I fear I get angry at. When I'm angry at something, I tend to hate it. And my hate cause me to suffer.
I must not to fear people, events, things so I don't build resentments that will poison my mind.
I must learn to accept life on life's terms and not my own in order not to fear living and to keep the angry and hatred from manifesting itself.
Otherwise, I too will wear the black mask of Darth Vader.

I fear public toilets.
I fear someone else's urine on my shoelaces.
I fear waiters and waitresses with dirty finger nails or open sores on their hands.
I fear the doctor with a rubber glove who says bend over and say Ahhhhh.
I fear food that is still moving.
I fear stepping on dog poop while wearing sandals.
I fear gas leaks on crowded elevators.

True story:
The night my ex and I got engaged....
I was chain smoking, in my boxers, drunk off my butt on her parents doorstep and we banged.
I woke up the next morning to a God aweful hang over, saying "I'm engaged to you!", and a shoe full of cat urine.
The relationship went down hill from there.

I must not to fear people, events, things so I don't build resentments that will poison my mind Fear and other things which cause you worry and concern only stem from one place, your own mind.
That is your fault for allowing your brain to assign a value of importance to them!!!! If you downgrade those things in your mind you will stop reacting to them and even the Ham may agree.

You know the expression "beer goggles are a fat chicks best friend"?
Humping her was like loving on a beached whale.
She was a 'coyote date' that lasted for five years!

I was too drunk to.
The divorce damn near killed me and cost me, literally, everything including my best dog.

On the plus side, fear, in it's proper place has it's purpose. It's a safety valve to keep us from hurting or killing ourselves. Irrational fear is the result of ignorance. I was scared shitless when I made my first parachute jump. I had never even flown in a small plane before and when that door came open a few inches from my hip, I felt my heart leap into my throat and my asshole slam shut.
Yet, after I gained experience, the fear was replaced with a healthy respect for the sky and the laws of physics.

I think healthy fear can teach us so much.
I think a little anger is healthy....it depends on the cause and extent of it.
