It seems Christians have social and mental problems. We know they have mental problem and that is going to affect their behavior. Besides the psychotic hallucinations of hearing voices,etc there are other measurable and verifiable facts about their lives.
One of the mental illnesses Christians have is that they are guided by a Ouija like force that tells them what to do and what to think. If thats true, there is no better way for Satan to control their minds. Lets look at the results.
Where is the highest divorce rate? In the Bible Belt.
Where is the highest spousal abuse and child abuse? In the Bible Belt.
Where is the highest abortion rate? In the Bible Belt.
Where is adultery practiced more than anywhere else? In the Bible Belt.
Where is the most racial bigotry against blacks? In the Bible Belt.
Where do most KKK members live? In the Bible Belt.
Where is the highest rate of cohabitation? In the Bible Belt.
Where is the highest rate of homicide? In the Bible Belt.
Where is the highest rate of sexually transmitted diseases? In the Bible Belt.
Where do most rednecks live? In the Bible Belt.
Where do creationism museums exist? In the Bible Belt.
Where is Bev from? from the Bible Belt.
Where is there a college that claims they have dinosaur fossils that are 3000-5000 years old? In the Bible Belt.
What college has the most notorious reputation of racial bigotry? Its Bob Jones University. Where is it? In the Bible Belt.
What's so special about the Bible Belt? They are states that have the most Christians who read the bible the most and go to church the most.

God is a murdering meglamaniac and he sent his only son to set father against son, mother against daughter; neighbour against neighbour; cause harm to failies that follow him YET the Christian will say God loves you! Jesus loves you!
Christians are by their own verse and chapter hypocrits.

I have enjoyed your posts and agree with many things you have said.
However, I have to agree with Hammer and Knots about christians being hypocrites.
The christianity we have today, whether people want to accept the fact or not, had its birth in Catholicism. This religion has now broken into over 3500 denominations each having various beliefs. All 3500 sects still insist on calling themselves christians.
Isn't it funny that when you complement a certain christian sect, they all want to take credit for it, but when you attack a certain christian sect and call it christian the other sects complain and say "Not All Christians".
We don't even have to focus on the beliefs of each sect, the way they play with the label "christianity" or "christian" alone proves they are hypocrites.

Exactly how is it comparable when the scriptures state that God says this, all of the prophets, Jesus, and the apostles all said this? If a Christian agrees with Gods word that would be a necessary component of being a Christian therefore this is an edict of Gods word not easily discounted.

Well maybe not ALL but pretty much TOO MUCH wouldn't you say? There might actually be one or two Christians out there that aren't hypocrites and I apologize to them. They also have my sympathy because they must be very very lonely.
But didn't you real the whole OP. All of these back slackers are the holier-than-thou types who think they're better than everyone else because they think everyone else is going to hell. In the Bible Belt are a lot of Christians who are filled with the Holy Shit.
You said nothing about the video.
If you are anyone disagrees with the points I made in the OP then refute it. Show where I was wrong instead of complaining about facts.

You are Jewish,so which sect are you? Orthodox, Conservative or any of the others.
Whats the point in having more than one?
The point is, different sects that believe in the same teacher interpret that teacher in different ways.
That point isnt confined only to certain religious groups in this world,its true about all groups of people be they political,racial,social,work etc.
Different sects of Christianity are secondary to the primary belief in the teachings of Jesus Christ.

Different sects of Christianity are secondary to the primary belief in the teachings of Jesus Christ.
They contradict. All they use is the same name kind of like McDonald's makes hamburgers and so does Burger King.
Yet, the gnostic sects belief in Jesus isn't even of a Jesus in the flesh. Come to think about it, Paul neither. He had a light bulb flash in his head and then heard voices.
Saying Jesus Christ is as meaningless as saying Cheese. There are thousands of verity of cheese and some even have maggots in them.
So what about the bullet points in the OP? Anyone disagree with it?

I'm not going to argue or debate the facts about The Bible Belt. I have not taken the time to verify them.
I was born and raised in The Bible Belt. I was raised as a christian, attending a Methodist church.
I visited several different denominations of churches, Baptist, Free Will Baptist, even a Synagogue.
No church is immune to hypocrites. Even outside of THe Bible Belt.
I will say however that not all christians are hypocrites as I have known countless christians that are good honest and open minded people. They don't go to chruch to feel superior, they don;t go to see what the latest fashion is. They don't go to church to hear the latest gossip.
My grandmother... 95 years old this past April went to church regularly until her health prevented her from attending. A beautiful woman, not always in agreement with how the church handled business, not always in agreement with whatever Pastor was assigned to the church. She is not nor has she ever been a "bible thumper", she does not believe in speaking in tongues, (Methodists are a tad more reserved than some other denominations). She does however believe in living a good, honest life. Doing what you can for others, Doing what is RIGHT.
Doing right has no boundaries with such names as Methodist, Baptist, Catholic,
Or any OTHER religion for that matter.
And bashing any persons beliefs just because of a few (or more than a few) that have a loose screw is unfair.
As I said, I was raised in a methodist church. I have never been "baptised" and some christians have actually had to gall to tell me I was doomed to hell for that very reason. They are not Christians. But just because of those whack-a-moles I cannot judge other Christians that I know are doing, living and saying what is right.
My beliefs now do not follow the Bible word for word. I have read most of the Bible over the years but have found too many contradictions
But I do believe that just being a good, honest caring person because that is what is RIGHT is what matters. Not fear of retribution or "hell"
Very sorry this post was so long and that is all I have to say about being a christian because in the big scheme of things, my opinion doesn't matter anyway
