The holy spirit works exactly the same as a Ouija board but without the board. Absolutely no difference in operation but worse because one assumes a dissociative disorder, similar to multiple personality disorder.
The mentally ill hear voices and feel impressions from the invisible world.

I've written before of how, many years ago, in 1986, I experienced communion with God. The conversation took place on 3 consecutive nights while I lay in bed.
These conversations took place in and around a prayer. I was feeling desperate and very alone + filled with fear, as I lay in my bed in a bedroom on the ground floor of a drapeless 2-bedroom apartment. It was my first night alone in a body then unable to effectively deal with most interactions usually-necessary for a single adult in this society.
I knew the basics of prayer. I just hadn't been the author of one in 10-15 years.
I asked God to help me.
And I asked Him to protect me.
Those first 2 nights here, the prayer was really short.
Then on the 3rd night, I began the prayer the usual way, but then something changed a little.
I'm unable to accurately describe it, but something like the voice-of-conscience each of us has, sounded inside my head. See? The voice in the head.
It was something else again. A little more intense.
This Voice repeated my requests back to me.
Then in a tone I could not ignore, I was assured of the granting of my requests. Voices in the head..

To this day, I'm positive the discussion went something like this...
The voice, So you want healing....what are you willing to sacrifice to Me?
A quick check of my personal inventory revealed no livestock. Not much of anything really.
But my thoughts went to those things I most enjoyed in life.
It was a no-brainer: SEX. =========================================================================
Here's a really good one.
I had an OBE when I was 16. I was recovering from a bad case of flu when I suffered from Reyes Syndrome. It was early in the first widespread outbreak, so even doctors did not know much about it.I had a fever of 105.6 and it kept rising higher and higher. A pretty detailed and feverish conversation with god to save the world while under the spell of a high fever.
During the OBE I stood before God, who did appear as a being of light. I was scared beyond belief. I said "God, I'm only sixteen. I am still young and there are so many things I want to do in my life. I want to get married, have children and grow old. If you will put me back in my body, I will do anything you say." He said, "Are you sure you mean anything?" I said, "Yes, God. I mean anything." He said, " You will save the world from evil." (I was Catholic at the time, so I was expecting Him to say something more like, "say 800 rosaries, or 1200 Hail Mary's" or something. I was also expecting to see St. Peter at the Pearly Gates. There was neither one present.) "I said what do you mean?" He said, "You will save the world from the Evil One, Satan." Before I could object, I was back in my body. Forty-five minutes had elapsed from the time I was pronounced dead until I opened my eyes and spoke. No, I was not dreaming or hallucinating. I was not only dead, but dead long enough for my body to go from raging with fever to already turning cold! In another fifteen minutes or so I would have started turning stiff!

Voices and physical interaction.
This morning I was thinking about the date I was planning for this week end, he was driving a great distance here and was going to stay in town. I was getting ready to pour my coffee and suddenly, it was like I was physically pushed backwards and I heard, "BACK OFF." Lol, I love it, guess who was telling me that that one wasn't going to happen either to just back off. Now, I know you guys will think I am hearing voices, am crazy, but I am not, and voices don't push you backwards, not enough to make me think I would fall, but enough to know that I was thinking about meeting the wrong man.
Here is a hallucination while driving.
My daughter used to drive that bridge everyday, she will tell you that it was a miracle. Two lanes going opposite directions, no shoulder on the road, narrow, just enough room for two cars to pass. A big old boat car on one side going the other direction, me in my station wagon and a pickup pulling a boat going in between us.

Like I said in another thread, Becky, that is like saying cancer can't hurt you if you don't recognize it as cancer.
I think it is more than a game. I think it is a very dangerous game.

How come it's only those who believe oujia boards are "majik" and in "evil spirits" and all that ridiculosity are the only ones who are afraid of them?
They're no more powerful than placing your hand on a Bible and receiving "messages" through your thumb.

Knots, I am not afraid of anyone or anything. I have done deliverance work, you know when you see a rattlesnake, you don't pick it up and play with it.

Cancer is a disease BEV.. just like a BIG TRUCK bearing down on you .. you can take actions to try to lessen the impact but it will still affect you in some manner... EVIL only has power if you give it credence BEV.. if you BELIEVE that something is EVIL it is.. to YOU... not necessarily everyone else... and giving credence to gives it strength.. so in essence you giving credence to evil is strengthening it BEV.. or dont you understand that??

Do you think that Jesus denied the existance of evil? You only strengthen it when you don't recognize it for what it is. Don't you think evil would rather you not give it any credence?

each are creature of nature BEV..of the creator.. yet YOU choose to condemn one and not the other.. wow just wow BEV..
Constantly invoking evil give it credence BEV ... YOU make it a reality... you feed the EVIL... turning ones back on evil is what Christ taught ...and for evil to grow it has to be given credence BEV of course it REVELS in the fact you constantly use it to condemn others you give it strength and power BEV ... it loves youuuuuuuu

So, knots, you are going to pick them up and play with them? Lol, you just go right ahead. I have been to rattlesnake round ups where they even lie down among them. But those guys have been known to get bitten, too, you know. So, you just go play with them. You live in south Texas, I am sure you can find some to play with.
I think I will pass.
